Welcome!!! I have a daughter that will be 11, also... her name is Gracie, maybe they will become friends

We have Savannah who will be 11 too. Maybe at some point we can start a kid's thread. Savannah was very active in the kid's thread for our last cruise. I'm sure she'd love to get to know the other kids her age before we sail.

Welcome to both families. This will be our tenth DCL cruise and I look forward to sharing your planning and Cruise experience. It is alway fun to re-live it though the eyes of others. So what I enjoy and what bugs me may be different then what you might want.

Oldest dd (who won't be on this cruise with us) just told me we leave in less than 2 weeks for our TA cruise, and I don't have anything planned.

I'm thinking of posting to my really neglected blog (see the link in my sig if you're interested) about the trip, but it won't be until we get to Amsterdam and free internet- so sometime after 5/28. I'll be writing entries- just not posting.

Welcome Welcome!!!! I am from Chardon, which is just about 45 min (I think) north of you. You could not have picked a better Cruise Line to be your first. This will be my 8th cruise, all with Disney.

What airport are you flying out of?

Chardon is not far......I used to live in Mayfield heights and Chardon was just down the road a lot east! I work for University hospitals and sometimes do some training at the Geagua campus! We are trying to fly out of Akron Canton but to be honest wherever I get the best airfare! This past December we flew out of Youngstown with Allegiant !

I have no doubts that we will love this cruise and everyone on the boards have been sooo welcoming and friendly...... It's going to be a long 15-16 months too wait
