I must be the only night owl (I work nights :cool1: ) You ladies chat all day while I'm sleeping and then I log on and have to catch up on 5 pages. Then I sit here at 3am talking to myself! :rotfl2:

Nope... I am here too, just don't talk much and I also work nights so I know what you mean....

Good Morning! How is everyone today? Just checking in...congrats on everyones adrs! I had my own 180 days ressi I was excited about. :) I booked horseback riding for my 9 year old. She is so excited about it too.
I figured that would be our sleep in day (which I never do :goodvibes) then we will all meet at the pool and then go to Disneyquest. I know we will spend most of the day there.

What would be one CS you would not want to miss? Just wondering what others would say. I really want to try Yak & Yeti cs. I loved the ts one so I hope the cs would be great too.

I've been working on my planning notebook putting in hours & budget stuff. This weekend I hope to print some stuff off and maybe go look for t-shirts.

:rotfl2:Good morning!!!! :rotfl2:

I can make my ADR's on Monday! the only problem is we are going skiing and leaving the house at 5 am! I have told my DH that we need to stop at Starbucks on the way so I can get wi-fi and make my ressies on my laptop...I hope this works or I'll be worried all day!

Happy Friday, everyone!!!

So, it's been a while since I've made a CRT reservation and I want to get straight what everyone is saying so that I know what is going on:

If you book CRT online, they actually charge the credit card for the amount.

If you book CRT over the phone, then they just take it as a guarantee.

I'm thinking I may go ahead and book online since I have this huge credit on my credit card bill from when I cancelled our room reservations for September. It doesn't matter either way, I just want to be prepared. We don't do the dining plan anymore so I don't have to worry about that.

Very excited to make my ADR's on Monday. Seems like everyone's been lucky to get what they want...hoping for that too! Excited to be trying some new places this year and just creating more Magical Memories with our kids!!:wizard:

Ok, I'm gonna try this! I just went and added an 8:05am breakfast at CP. What time do they let you in MK for an 8:05 ADR? Hoping we can get a few good photos in front of the castle before our ADR and then rush straight to the Rupunzel show to be first in line. :goodvibes My DD isn't all that thrilled with the Pooh characters anymore, so I don't think she'd mind if we have to leave before seeing all of them. I think if I explained to her that we needed to get in line for Rapunzel, she's gladly leave breakfast early. I'm going to put her in this AMAZING Rapunzel/Flynn custom dress that should be arriving at our house any day now. It's GORGEOUS! Photos in front of the castle with that on, PLUS hopefully participating in the Rapunzel show, will be :cloud9:

Here's my only other dilemma.....we have ressies at BBB at 930am. Does the Rapunzel show have set show times? If so, does anyone know what they are? How long is it to view the show and then get photos/autographs from them? I'm thinking I might need to move our BBB ressie back a bit just in case we can't make it there by 930. Same day we have lunch at Tony's and then dinner at the castle! Sheesh.....I wonder if there will be any time for rides?! :rotfl: We always need two days to do MK for sure!

We got in MK around 7:30-45ish. I did get my photos in front of the castle and then checked in to CP. The Raupunzel show was a bit late getting started, they blamed it on Pascel spilling the paint:lmao: I would push back your BBB app., unless they are ok with you being a bit late. I would make sure you DD is one of the first 20 kiddos in line. In our trip we were the 3rd family and there were about 8 kids in front of us. The CM counted kiddoswith a clicker in hand. They only put so many in the show. It was worth it. My daughter got to dance with Flynn and got a special photopass with her pics on it and also got picked to get special pics with Pascel.I wish I could show you the pics, but I'm not that far in my TR yet!

I've been thinking about doing the pony rides at Ft Wilderness on our arrival day for my preschooler! :goodvibes

I hear that Yak & Yeti CS is delicious!

Ha ha! I went to your TR a few hours ago looking to see if you had pics up from it yet! Let me know when you do! How long did it seem like the whole Rapunzel event lasted? Just trying to see when I should reschedule BBB for....

Me too (pony rides)! Since we are spending our last night at WL, I figured we'd go over to FW that evening for pony rides and the campfire sing-a-long with chip n dale. They have a movie by the pool at night too, but it just depends on how tired she is at that point as to whether we'll stay that late or not.

Yak N Yeti TS is my FAV! Never tried their CS, but I bet it's great too!

I love Columbia Harbour House, Flametree BBQ, WPE and Kringla Bakery for CS. We did enjoy the Yak and Yeti CS, but there is no shade and in September it was just too hot. If we go there again I would take my lunch over to the little seating area across from Flights of Wonder, there was shade, a nice waterview and a nice view of the Tree of Life.

I believe if you're not using the dining plan you have to prepay in advance either way. I could be wrong, but that's what I was told. The option for just the guarantee was for the dining plan peeps.

Good Morning September friends!

My family enjoys Casey's (they love to sit on the bleachers and watch the movie screen while eating corn dog nuggets and cracker jack), we also really like Columbia Harbor House ( a nice change of pace for CS), Sunshine Seasons in the Land, the kids enjoy Pizza Planet at DHS, DH and I like the Mexico CS, Flame tree. My girls also love sitting by the window in Pinocchio's Village Haus and watching the boats from It's a small world.:)

Horseback riding and pony rides sound like so much fun! We just never seem to make the time to make it to FW :guilty:, hopefully someday! I always wanted to take the kids to the Chip and Dale campfire/movie. I am glad that they do have movies at the beach and tons of activities at the BC so we're looking forward to enjoying some of those activites!

The one CS we cannot miss each visit is FlameTree! We acutally have eaten there 2 time each visit.

Thanks for the input on my ADR. I am very excited about them. I have done LeCellar and WPC, but none of the others.

Has anyone done Kim Possible at Epcot? I really want to try to do it on this trip. It looks like it would be fun....as long as I can keep my two girls from fighting over the Kimmunicator , I wonder if they would let us have two?

One more...I'm just full of questions today, Lol

Who plans on attending MNSSHP? What day? Dining plans? Costumes?

I know the official dates haven's been released yet, but based on the current hours we're planning for the party on Friday September 16th. I made reservations for both my girls for Pirate's League at 3 pm, dinner at the Plaza at 4:20 PM, which will allow us to be free by 6:00 pm to get in line for a pic, etc. Last year we got in line at 6:00 for the seven dwarves and were one of the first few families at 7:00 and it worked out well. It was the best picture and we used it as our Christmas card last year :santa:

DH and I will most likely not be dressed up unless it's a very mild pirate theme to go with the girls. The heat and humidity in September is usually sweltering so none of us want to be dressed too warmly!

So, how about you?

We just did it for the first time in December and I really enjoyed it. It does take awhile, though, if you are trying to finish all the countries they offer. I think we did about 5 countries and it took 1-2 hours. I don't remember exactly. I believe you could each get your own, but they generally give each family one, so that's what I would do. They will ask you how many in your party are participating because then the unit will alternate tasks accordingly. You could also let each girl complete one whole country themselves and then switch.

Well, I belive the 9:15 show didn't start until 9:30, then they arranged the kidd around the table, and then Raupunzel and Flynn came out and talked for a couple mins. They then went around the table and chatted with all for a second. Then they chose their dance partners( hint!! set up your kids at the ends of the tables, they seem to pick the kids on the ends of the table) They danced & clapped twice around the table twice. Then on to meet and greets. How ever the line takes?

I'm hoping to be at the MNSSHP on Friday Sept 23rd. if that is in fact the day. We most likely will just wear MNSSHP theme t-shirts w/ DD wearing a princess dress.

Right now we're planning on going to the Tuesday, September 13 party (if those dates work!). I have no idea what we'll wear for costumes. I also don't want to make the girls too hot. I bought an Alice Costume for my youngest on clearance after Halloween last year. I will have to go through the closet and see if anything we have will work. I am not very good at "creative" stuff.

Oh, we used a picture with Snow White and the Prince from MVMCP for our Christmas card 2 years ago!
