So, this may be a strange question... but are any of you trying to lose weight for Disney (or any other reason)? I have some baby weight (yup, still nearly 2 years later) that I want to get rid of, especially before Disney because I surely don't need this extra flab to carry around.It's not a ton, but enough. I was wondering if anyone else would want to join me in my mission to lose the flab. I'm thinking I want to lose around 25-30 lbs.
I'm in! I'm so glad there are others who want to lose a few before all of our magical vacations in September!
My current 3 favorite snacks are:
1. dried pineapple (no sugar or sulpher) from TJ
2. olive oil and sea salt popcorn from TJ
3. string cheese
Anyone else have the munchies whenever they think about dieting? It's like as soon as my brain says it's time to lose weight my body says eat more more more more...I just can't stop the munchies!
This weekend we are putting mickey head cut outs on our fridge and cupboard doors to remind us about wanting to look good in our pics on our Disney trip. Maybe that will make me turn away from the pantry!
