when I heard that I almost spit out my adult beverage and ruined my keyboard!! Luckily I got control as not to waste my beverage!

Okay this guy with the gators in the basement is a whack a doo! he's kissing an 8 foot gator on the head.

Lynn is watching a TV show called Pet Palaces, it is giving our dogs ideas. Upcomming is a basement gator residence. Very interesting.

Aren't Texas Roadhouses the same parent company as Olive Garden???

Saw that show. Have met the gator personally. He lives in the Chicago area and his owner is a friend of my brother's. The gator's name is Bubba.

DH and I are preparing to videotape whether the feral (barn) cats we rescued are eating the cat food or if we have another animal visiting?? maybe a fox or raccoon. Last night, the tape ran out before we got a view of the little critter!! Oh the joy of living in the country!!

That would be nice if she did. Our dogs are getting out their drawing paper and colored pencils and designing what they want in a new house.... All they would really want is a 15 ton treat jar.

Actually I'm not. He is a very well trained and intelligent gator. His owner takes him to shows, puts him on a table and tells him to stay and the gator doesn't move a muscle until he is told to no matter what. Comes on command and will get back into his bag to travel on command. The guy has taken a lot of trouble with this gator and he is amazing.

Oh man... birds freak me out... the first house we bought here in FL ... the family had like 19 birds... when they moved out I had to sandpaper the bird doo off the walls before we moved in!!! Talk about your fixer upper!!!

Amazing! How long has he had this gator and how did he get him?

He has had Bubba for quite some time, not sure exactly how long. The gentleman is involved with reptile rescue. Believe Bubba was found in the sewer in the Chicago area. Uses him in shows to teach children what can happen if they pick the wrong pets. Can't remember the exact story but this gator now lives better than a lot of people. If you ever get a chance to see one of his shows don't miss it.
