Hi everyone

Well, I had a busy day today - no, I wasn't working on name badges - I rode my bicycle in a 100 mile charity event. What a pain in the B---!

Ken

Hey I know THAT pain!! :rotfl2: Hi KEN!!

Way to go Ken!!! Hope you had fun!!

The first 80 weren't bad, the last 20 had me questioning by limited sanity.

I think you should start riding a bike Leslie! At least they don't have a mind of their own like horses.

Hello everyone, I have posted on and off a few times but I was inspired by another thread to tell everyone about my son. You'll see me holding a little boy with a funny looking lip and a helmet on his head. You might see me feeding him at dinner from my finger instead of a spoon. You might see me feeding him with a strange looking bottle that I have to squeeze. At the time of the cruise my DS will be 10 months I am hoping that he will be eating babyfood and able to sit in a highchair at dinner. My DS Dominic has a ceft lip and palate, two heart defects, and he has a neck condition that has affected the shape of his head so he now wears a helmet. I am sharing this because if you see me and are curious about something feel free to ask. If your kids notice him tell them to come over and ask all the questions they want. I am always ready to answer questions about Dominic. I know it looks funny for a little baby to be wearing a helmet, I know people will stare, I know I would! So if you see me ask me anything you want!

My wife was a NICU nurse for 20 years and when she does home health care visits, she has had baby patients with cleft palates and several that wear helmets. Glad that you are cruising with us and the helmet will make a great place for Disney Stickers. Tell Dominic if he wants to see something funny just look at the motley bunch he is cruising with. :rotfl2: :lmao: Mike

Ok.. we are really going to bed now!! Talk to y'all tomorrow!! And see you all soon... some sooner than others!! :rotfl:

Hi! You know, the thing my husband and I love about Disney cruises is that everyone is welcome. Social class, disabilities, weight, and all the other things that "matter" in real life just don't matter on the ship. Mickey Mouse loves EVERONE! :goodvibes You can be yourself and you are embraced with open arms by the staff and (most of) the other cruisers. We drive truck for a living and get treated bad and looked down upon eight days a week but when we are on the ship we are treated like Disney Royalty  I hope you and your family have a wonderful time on this cruise and I hope to meet you and your precious little Dominic! :grouphug:

Trust me, size doesn't matter with a bike seat - they all hurt after awhile.

Hey Pit once I board the Disney Ship I look like John Basdow the fitness expert. :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :lmao: :lmao: Yeah and frogs turn into Princes in dreams.

It is not a pretty sight when young children are run over by overweight adults headed to Scoops.

Speaking of Scoops... I wonder if they've made it self serve on the WONDER yet???? Hey Alex... didn't you just cruise on the Wonder?? Give us an update!! Maybe they'll wait for drydock but I think really all they did was move the machines out to the side.
It would make it a lot easier access to make my screaming monkeys!

Pit emailed me earlier,( I Think ) said in a frantic tone that Kev .. had busted in to the back of the 53' er and was tryin on samples for her.  :rolleyes1 :rotfl2:
said she would post photo's or email one to me to share..
let me check ! oh it is here so here it is Kev

Think it had something to do with the Breakdown the other night !
:groom:
:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: Kevin says no on the undies but he wished his back looked like that! We did have to recover a load off of a truck this past winter full of VS undies that had rolled over in the snow. There were busted boxes of panties, lotion, makeup, clothes all over the place!

I had to drive kind of late tonight then we had a free dinner voucher for a really good truck stop restuarant so we parked this flippin' high value load and ate! Then we went on our walk and now here I am! I suppose everyone else has hit the sack, right?
