Hi Pit, Kathy and I went to Texas Roadhouse tonight and our grand daughter wound up eat over half of my 16 oz steak. Take care on the road. Crazy drivers everwhere. Mike

Hey Pit once I board the Disney Ship I look like John Basdow the fitness expert. Yeah and frogs turn into Princes in dreams.

It is not a pretty sight when young children are run over by overweight adults headed to Scoops.

Well in that case once I board the ship people keep coming up to me asking for my autograph thinking I'm Angelina Jolie! And Kevin can't go anywhere on the ship without a mob of people thinking he is Vin Diesel! It's so hard to go anywhere anymore, don't ya think, John?

Nothing special here, had to do a quick trip to the sporting good store, had packed an item I needed for my trip. Scored a pair of clearance running shoes and the 2nd pair was 1/2 off, so Lynn got a new pair also. All packed and ready to go to Dallas tomorrow. Lynn jelped me pack and at least I can travel with just carry on. Quite the antithesis of a cruise or dive trip.

Ken congrats on your ride. Way to go.

I'm here for a little while atleast!

Mike, I love texas roadhouse smothered steak with grilled shrooms and onions. So I had the I80 truckstop recreate it for my dinner tonight. YUMMY! That and a bowl of greenbeans the size of my head and I am stuffed! i'm kickin on this low carb thing and I am happy to report that my black dress fits!!!! I am still trying to lose a little more before the cruise but this is 15lbs gone in 2 weeks! I know I won't stick to it on the cruise but as long as my clothes fit I am good to go!

OMG.. 15 lbs in 2 weeks??? Be careful... keep that up and you'll blow right off of Deck 10 during sailaway!!!
