Let's all wish Bob a HAPPY BIRTHDAY. He will be the ripe young age of 52!!!! :hourglass .. Luv your hippy gal. :hippie:

:sad2: I can see it's time to change the password. :sad2:

:wizard: for the loss of loved ones and sickness.

Just wanted to say hello.

T- I don't know if I'll have that article done by Sunday-unless I do it tonight. I'll let you know.

Carol- did I mention we got out fish extenders? I think I did, but if I didn't we did.

Scott- bought a new Henderson tri-flex wet suit, I can hardly wait until I get to use it. It's a 7/5- because I freeze, despite my extra "natural" insulation.

Hope everyone is doing well, just thought I'd say hello. I've been more of the lurking VS posting mode lately...who knows.

TTFN,
C

My dad's birthday is the same day as Bob's so we won't ever forget, lol, and all I will say, is my Bob picked out the card..lol. :rotfl2:

Hi Everyone! Been gone from the boards for a while. Between company for Easter and our little trip to WDW, I've been busy. Happy birthday to all of you who I missed! Also :grouphug: and pixiedust: to those who have lost loved ones recently and who are recovering from surgeries and illnesses. I hope I didn't miss anyone :confused3

When does the next newsletter come out? I thought they came out on the first of the month. Can't wait to see it!

For some reason I decided to do a search for our room number....find out if the room had any "reviews".....well I found out that It was directly across from the Laundry room and was on the "noisy room list"!!.....I had no idea :guilty: ....not that it would be that much of a big deal, but I called to see if I could switch and I did no problem, they actually had 2 sets of connecting rooms left!! Just an FYI....you may want to "check" your room!!

I'm working hard to get in shape for the cruise.....Decided to take daily walks, my wonderful dog, Daisy, :dog2: :daisy: has absolutely no manners and just pulls me and I'm the one panting at the end of the walk, she really keeps the pace up!! :yay:

Hey Scott....almost time for the Cayman Dive...Lucky you!! I would love to have a vacation now!! Have fun :wave2:

Have a great day everyone :sunny:

Celeste, you will love the wetsuit, I would not buy anything other than a superstretch style now that I have one. They are so much easier to get on than the original neoprene.

Yes, we are leaving for Grand Cayman on Friday. Scott was called out to Riverton yesterday, he may be too busy to post, I know he was yesterday. He might find some time tonight to get to the boards. His boss assured him he could come home Thurs night so he could leave Fri morning.

Beautiful spring day here.

Okay, I got Steve's grass skirt at the party store today.. They had poohsized, whuch we both are a little on the pooh size, and it fit him just fine. He even let me try it on him. So, therefore, I respectfully ask that my DH, Steve, be allowed to join in the "Grass skirt fraternity !" :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: It was $5.99 for a skirt for a size up to 42 waist. If anyone needs me to get them one, let me know and I will buy it and you can just pay me back on the ship. That way, you won't have to order it and pay shipping.

Doug,

Besides looking at deck plans you can try this spot - http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/cruise-new/roomlist.cfm

Carol,

I received our Fish Extender's. I LOVE them - thanks so much. You are a very talented and generous person.

I have not had a chance to get over here the last couple of days. Looks like I have some catching up to do.

I'm getting tempted.....

I hope so!!! Come on Elaine!

I think we are going to be ok getting on the ship in September. Here's how I figure it....

I am usually not a very lucky person. I made sure I bought insurance to cover both of our cruises. If we don't get back on the Magic in time, we will miss the departure of the Wonder. This got me thinking...

If the Magic can't come in to port on Saturday, chances are pretty good that the Wonder won't be able to come back on Sunday either. If the Magic doesn't get in on time, DCL will offer something (onboard credits, discounts on future cruises, etc.). If they switch to Port Everglades, it is likely the Wonder will too, or they will transport us back to either Orlando or Port Canaveral.

If the Wonder can't go out on Sunday, DCL will offer something (discounts, onboard credits, refunds, etc.).

What this means for us is that we will likely be on the ships for 18 or 19 days, switching ships at some point. We will get onboard credits, discounts, refunds, etc. for both cruises and will not have lost anything or have to majorly change our plans. This would be great!! So it won't happen (see above, I'm not that lucky!).

Now getting delayed at the end, that would be ok :teeth: That would just mean more days on our favorite cruise line
