Hope everyone is doing well, Welcome gabbysmom04!! Mike glad to see (read) that you are doing better. Just don't overdo it.
I had a day from heck today!!! While getting ready for work this morning, I heard a truck outside so I looked out and there was a dump truck backing into our empty lot . He was dumping half a load of chopped up trees on our property! I ran out onto our front porch and asked him what he was doing and he told me that our neighbor wanted this stuff and that they had told him to dump it there. When I told him that he could NOT dump it there he told me to &#@% off. Now I am , so I told him that he needed to take the stuff and get the heck off my property. He just dumped the crap and told me that he was told to dump it there and again told me what I could do to myself, got into his truck and left. Come to find out, our neighbor did tell him to dump it there, and want the wood chips or whatever they are for some paths they are making in their yard. But they did not ask us first. These are people that we very seldom talk to and they just took it upon themselves to do this. All this at 7:30 this morning!! Needless to say there will be a fence going around the rest of our property starting this weekend. The rest of the day was not a lot better. Computer problems as soon as I got to work started the work day on a sour note and it went from there. Man do I need this cruise!!

It's people like these folks that make getting EVEN fun. The neighbors as well as the trucking company could be paying for your 11 day cruise.

One of my faveroit sayings is "Don't get mad, Get EVEN."

Ken and I went to a function tonight at a little Mexican restaurant overlooking the harbor and what song did the musician play . . . . you guessed it. Made us think of you and wish you were with us having a couple of margaritas . Oh well, two months will eventually pass and we can have one upon the Wonder . Back from celebrating 10 years of marital bliss!!

During the upcoming cruise, we will actually celebrate 17 years of being together. Took a few years to feel each other out (oops, no pun intended)! Pretty exciting, but makes us feel a little old!

Question - is anyone going to attend MNSSHP on the 29th at WDW? We have purchased tickets and heard good reviews from some friends that went last year. Has anyone participated in this event in past years?

During the upcoming cruise, we will actually celebrate 17 years of being together. Took a few years to feel each other out (oops, no pun intended)! Pretty exciting, but makes us feel a little old!

We have our tickets waiting for us at Will Call for the 29th (we're also going on the 15th, before the cruise, and have to show our AP's to pick up the tics). This will be our 3rd or 4th year going to MNSSHP and we wouldn't miss them for the world. That being said, we're also spending the entire day on the 29th eating our way around the World, since it's also the 1st day of F&W.

Work Work work work, very very long days yesterday...... Still a very little light at the end of the tunnel, hope it is not a train....

Bummer I missed the concert last night, oh well they may do a replay. or catch the next one.

No plans other than cleaning the house for showing, mowing, etc etc etc.....

9/29 we will be doing Dive Quest, with a few other folks, we will catch it during our Oct/Nov trip.

F&W does start 9/29 so that will be fun. Last time we were there for F&W we wanted to get one of the cookbooks, but they were all sold out as it was towards the end of the festival.

Congratulations on the 10th and 17th milestones. We will be celebrating our 34th anniversary on the ship even though it is the 1st of September, along with our friends that are also doing the 34th thing. Theirs is on the 30th.

Hey ya'll! We are currently sitting in PA on I80 in the longest traffic back up! Someone decided it would be a great idea to have construction today. All I keep thinking is bring on the disney cruise! I long for 11 days without having to set foot in a moving vehicle if I don't want. And the best news for us is we have to go from Newark to Sacramento this weekend. FUN FUN FUN. We get to see all the crazies on the road and try to dodge them all with our big red semi. Everyone be careful out there this weekend. And remember: Semi trucks take ATLEAST 100 yards to come to a complete stop if traveling @ 65mph so DON'T PULL OUT IN FRONT OF US!!! Everyone have a great holiday!!
