Information for those who are waiting for an update:

Christina (SweetSue's DD) is out of surgery. She was in recovery at 3:30. Sue was able to go into the recovery room with her

She is now back in her room and recovering and she has tubes going in and out of her. She is asking for water but cannot have it until tomorrow.

Sue will give another update soon

Thanks Kay. You beat me to the update. My e-mail is finally working again.

:thumbsup2 CONGRATS!

You make that sound like a bad thing. :confused3
Not a bad thing, we are pretty nice people. Sometimes we tell people truck drivers and they expect to see us in flannel&jeans on formal night. We clean up pretty well. My husband even owns his own tux. We
prefer "Transportation Specialists" instead of truckers. Makes it sound pretty. :rotfl2: I just booked Palo for St Thomas night. Hope I didn't screw up, I don't know if that's a formal night or not! We also booked Watercraft Eco Tour at CC. Friends of ours did it and loved it. There were no brunch reservations for Palo left though. :confused3 I hope Christina has a speedy recovery, surgery is never fun. Lots of Pixie Dust heading her way pixiedust:

Keep on truckin' :thumbsup2

You all are so helpful - THANK YOU for having answers to all our questions.

Funny you mention water temperature. We all were in the pool tonight looking at the slow progress of dream grill "island" we are having built. Who would think that you would be cold getting out of a pool in Arizona, but you are chilly for a few minutes! With the heat here, our pool is like bath water. We checked tonight and it is up to 92 degrees. We usually run our Spa at 103 degrees because of the girls. Not tooo far off!

In Tennessee, bib overalls are considered formal if both buttons on the side are closed. One button closed is semi formal, and both open are considered comfortable. :lmao: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :lmao: Mike

In Alabama Semi-formal is when you put your teeth in before you go to the Super Walmart. Formal is when you add the gold caps to your teeth before you go and you actually wear shoes. I swear I didn't wear shoes into the Winn-Dixie until I was about 14!! :sad2: Pesky "no shoes, no shirt, no service" signs. :rotfl: I like the overall thing though.

can anyone reccommend a type of crocs to me? I'm from the UK and am going to buy them from Orlando airport for our cruise! Happy independence day, but please spare a thought for the English cruiser- we just got kicked out of the world cup and we have to work today!

Everyone have a fun and safe day. :cool1: :woohoo:

Happy 4th one and all. Just got the flag out. Lazy today and slept till 0600.

Bob is in the lead for the best 4th of July Post.... :thumbsup2

Isn't today Tippy's B-Day??? :cheer2:  :cheer2:

Being born in agrarian bucolic Missouri, I cam relate to Mike and PnTink's definition of Formal Ware.

Hope the shuttle makes it off today.

No plans yet other than a dog walk and french toast for breakfast.

Might catch our parade and Music in the Hole. Have a safe day all.

Time to watch the Tour whilst Lynn Sleeps.

To our British Friends, Sorry about the World Cup and having to work.

RE Crocs : I wear the Beach and have the Islander for formal occasions. Lynn has the Cayman and I believe the Nile. She thinks she needs the better fit with a sized version. I think the Beach is the best all around. I did not know they sold them at MCO. I have never seen them sold for a lower price than retail. I think someone said avoid the knock offs. Check out their web site at www.crocs.com .

Wonder if Bob will have Crocs for the cruise??? :confused3

For you newsletter enthusiasts....

I have fixed all of the newsletters to have the same encoding that the server has. I've learned a lot over the last 10 months  I'm glad I don't do this for a living and that you aren't paying for it (I would have had to learn in less than 10 months that way :lmao: ).

Good Morning All! Happy 4th of July. :sunny: Grilling and Chillin' on tap for us today. Probably going to break open the bottle of Nassau Royale.

I wore my Athens Crocs on the Wonder last week. They look like watermelon slices and were lots of fun and as usual super comfy. They would look well with a grass skirt IMO. :rotfl: I haven't seen them below retail anywhere either.

Caught some early fireworks from my bed last night and we'll watch them tonight from the back porch over Lake Monroe. popcorn::

Sending prayers of recovery to Christina. Thanks Tracy and Celeste for keeping us informed.

I hope you all have a great day and a short work week.
