Sept. RO discount?

I know a lot of people on here are looking for a FD discount for Sept. but how about a RO discount for Sept? I called today on the Memory Maker discount for the end of Sept. and she said there was a small room discount along with the MM but she was vague on what that was. Were looking for BWI CL for one week with park hopper tickets and the DDP. The price she quoted me was almost the same as we just paid for a Feb. trip at BWI CL that had one more day and was DxDDP (this was with a 35% pin code). I have no interest in the MM so I guess I need to get the calculator out. Just curious if historically Disney offers any RO discounts in Sept.?

They don't know the exact percent off if you ask. I can tell you that for our trip in September, we are staying 10 nights, and we booked the MM deal. Its gave us the MM and they said a percent off the tickets, and room, but when I did the math it came out to about $400+ free MM
