Sept 19th,2004 revisited.....

Hi everyone! I am back. I have not had time read all the posts yet, as it looks like yall were busy. We had a wonderful time and FINALLY met up with Patty! Woohoo 3rd times the charm! I dont know if I told yall this or not, but I ended up taking all 4 kids by myself. Interesting, to say the least. We still managed to have a great time. It was more crowded that I am used to, for being September. I was finally able to video record all of WISHES and all of Fantasmic. Now when I get homesick, I can watch my 2 faves! We had the free dining plan, and lemme tell ya I lIKED that! LOL We ate and ate and ate. We had 3 character meals...one at CRT, one at Chef Mickeys and Ohannas on the last day. Anyhoo, I did not get in unitl late TUES nightm then I had to work yesterday and thru Sat so I will not be able to post much until SUN probably. BUT I did get my cruise docs for our cruise NEXT weekend! Woohoo!!!! I havent even begun to think about packing for that one!

welcome back. It was great meeting you. Sorry we were so late, but it was a very rushed morning. I was hot, sweaty, tired and smelly. We only stayed for long enough to walk over to the American Pavillion and were gone by 4 pm. WE were exhausted.

Alright Amanda, first you get to go to WDW, then you have free dinning, then you are going on your cruise next weekend. I was a little jealous, then it turned into major jealousy, You got the top! Come on leave something for the rest of us will ya! Happy to have you back!

Welcome back Dzne ! I'm glad you had a great time. You got out of Florida just in time. It has been nothing but rain for the past 3 days!! Yuk! I am also jealous of your cruise next weekend. I want to go too!!!! I just bought a book on half.com called Frommer's Cruises and Ports of Call 2005. Its great! It talks about all of the cruise lines and theur amenities, ratings, itineraries, refurbishments, ports of call, and shore excursions. It also suggests excursions that can be done on your own if you choose to do that. I am busy researching my cruise next June already. Never too early, huh? Did you see that your going to be able to surf or boogy board on the RCCL Freedom of the Seas? Kind of cool.

I wish you could talk your DH into joining us on the 05/27/06 Magic OR the 09/16/06 Magic or better yet! BOTH! I want to try another cruiseline, but I am just worried that they wont measure up to DCL. I have been to our local 6 flags ONCE since I started going to WDW in 1997 and it was soooooooooooo disappointing. My expectations are just set so high because of Disney...

Oh how wonderful would it be for us all to be on the 9-16-06 cruise together?! Our DH's would be lost in a sea of Disney filled estrogen!!!!

I'm working on things. May would be better than September. My DS is in school so I have to travel around his school breaks. He would have a cow if I went on DCL without him. We are going on an 8 day cruise in June so May of next year may just be too close to that cruise. Maybe I can talk him into a 3 or 5 day in September. I'm still working on it!!! We just got back from seeing Disney on Ice in Orlando. It was great!! Logan loved it!! The Incredibles went to Disney World and had to save Mickey and Minnie from Syndrome. We took him to eat at the California Pizza Kitchen beforehand. He had a great time! (so did we!) The rain has finally stopped and Ophelia is headed to Charleston, I think.

Ophelia gave us some rain but thats it. Nothing major, thank God! Back to work today for me. I need more days off!!!
