Captain Jack, somehow your link just took me to the home page of ebags, and I don't know which luggage you're referring to. Can you tell me the brand, style? Thanks!

Cabin Crawl: we have a midship cat 3. I'd be happy to arrange a cabin crawl if there is enough interest. PM me your cabin number and type/description, and I'll start getting a list together. :)

Oh, and no one knows what the Magic is doing after we get back to PC?

I thought she was going into dry dock.

The link takes me directly to a page with a "Delsey Superior 30" Wheeled Duffel. Try searching for it if you only go to the front page.

I do rolling duffels too, but I just get mine from Ross, TJMaxx, or even Target.

I believe the Magic is going into dry dock once she returns.

Its a tour of the different category staterooms - we did it on the EB repo and it was great, we saw all categories (I think) from a 12 to a 3 including a sideways 11. It was so interesting!

Dont think we will get lucky with an upgrade this time , even though I think the ship will have less people on it ...We have connecting 9's so I doubt there will be a move up , but im good with it ..

By the way Steph , do we have a list yet of what dining everyone has ??...

We usally do

Captains Dining = Early Dining

Crew's Dining(traitors dining) = Late Dining ...

Okay , Who has Captains Dining and Who has Crew Dining ????? Speak up you Pirate and Princesses and make it be known if your in Captains Dining or Crew Dining....

Hi Jodie!

We are in the cabin next to yours. If you need some help, let me know and I will be glad to help you out.

We got really lucky on the Sept. 5-day double dip; two of our DISers had the Roy Disney suite and we got to see it. Holy mackerel! It's quite amazing and so beautiful. Of course, DH is 6'4 so he was jealous of the bathrooms (if you've been in the split bathroom, you know why ;) ). We're going to be in a Cat. 7; I know a PP offered earlier, but if you need another, we're available. I'd love to see a sideways 11, or any of the more unusual rooms.

We are doing late dining, it just works out better for us. We don't normally eat until later in the evening anyway when we're at home so it doesn't matter that dinner isn't until 8ish or so. I enjoyed the late dining on my first cruise and I'm glad we're sticking with it this time too! :thumbsup2

I agree! We are building our own house and usually don't stop working until about 8 o'clock at night, so dinner is always late. In fact, late dining on a cruise ship is usually earlier than we eat at home. Of course, we don't spend two or more hours eating....

Thankyou Paula, I appreciate you clearing that up for me:goodvibes
Sounds like fun.
Good night all,
Kathy

May I take a moment to remind you all of something?

DON'T FORGET TO VOTE!!!

Thank you - you may return to your regular scheduled programming.

Thanks, Capt. Jack for the luggage info. Finally found it.

BTW, does everyone know that eBags has a 20% off sale today? :thumbsup2

What is the Cabin Crawl?

It's a tour of different types of cabin categories.

We would meet at a comon location and then pop in to see what the different category cabins look like.

You don't need to open up your cabin for a tour if you want to participate. It could be that we have more than one volunteer for the same cabin category.

If you'd like to participate by opening up your cabin for a bit for a tour, PM me your Cabin Category, Cabin # and anything special about it -- like is it a standard Cat x, a secret porthole, a sideways cabin, an accessible cabin, etc.

For example, Cat. 3, 8032, midship 1BR suite/murphy bed in the living room.

:goodvibes

I think we'll need the 'normal' cat 7 also (I know I want to see one). Mine is the most forward of the cat 7's and has a different verandah than the regular navigators verandah. Are we neighbors...I'm 7620.

Happy Election Day, Americans!

I love the idea of a cabin crawl! We are booked for inside cabin 11, nothing fancy or out of the ordinary, so I'm hoping just to participate in the crawl itself and not for a tour of the room.

Great idea!

Happy election day everybody! :)

Aye Captain we'd be joining you at the Captain's Dining tried the traitor time but was just to late :)

I will have a handicapped Cat 11 that I would be willing to open up for cabin crawl. Do not know which one yet. The ones on floor 6 are bigger than floor 7 but both are unique.
