Im not laughing at you,(obvioulsy) I am laughing at myself, Ive been trying to do this for 20 years.

I know. I have been a complusive over eater all my life. I don't the difference between emtionally hungry and physcially hungry. That maybe an issue. The only thing I might lose is the $15 that paid for the book

Becky is going back to her house (she shares in Bristol where she's at Uni) for the weekend. It's her housemate's 21st Birhday so they're having a BBQ. Guess we'll see how she does on her own again.

We're having (DIS) friends over today for a mex-tex meal....margeritas in this glorious sunshine It's blazing hot already so the sun lotion is on and the coronas are chilling....I've made a lime and mascarpone torte....

Tomorrow we are off to other friends for a BBQ.......hence the diet on Monday!

I can't believe that its only 17 weeks away.

For those of you who are "dieting", I just finished "Women, Food and God" by Geneen Roth. It was on Oprah last week. The book basically came down to be the you, you want to be and let the past be the past. DON'T DIET! since we all know that just leads us to failure. The guidelines were to eat when hungry, stop when you are full and eat with out distractions (no tv, radio, reading during eating). You can eat whatever you want as long as you follow the guidelines. It seems to simple to work. But I thought I would give it a ago. I'll let you all know how its working for me.

I wish this would work......but I really need a structured diet if I am to get any success. Hope it works for you

No worries! It's not us, it's Disney! At least between all the dates, we have an idea of when they could happen, which at least helps with "kind of planning".....

Took me forever to get caught up today!! We can't book excursions until June 20 so will have to see what is left!!

I had a nice time visiting with family members but was unable to meet up with a former DIS member who had been on a previous cruise.

Weather was rainy on Tuesday and chilly on Wednesday. Oh well, still chilly here in SF Bay area which is strange for late May.

Just my thoughts....

I can't book until 6/20 either. Hope we can still get fun excursions.

according to DCL you can book it for 3..... Way too much info for me!!!

Dang... I spent $9,000.oo for DH to become a massage therapist???
And all I needed to do is go on a cruise???
It's gonna be tough to get him a massage, he teaches it!

Sounds like a fun weekend for you! We hope Becky also has a good time at the birthday BBQ.

Just found out that my one concern for this cruise, being that I work on a University campus, was a BTS promo's end date (can't say what promo yet) will be ending on the 7th of September!!! So almost a week ahead of schedule, I am all set to go without worry!!!

YEAH, 17 weeks is going to fly by now, as our back to school shopping season is starting in just a week or so.

I read Dr Phils book that I bought in Fl, he is great that guy, kinda made sense, but I still struggle evry day.

I am sooooo excited! I have been working all morning/afternoon on my FE's and just LOVE the way it has turned out. I hope people like them in my group. Also, my bank called and my Euros are in!! YEAH!!

nope. concierge and castawawy club gave us different dates. I think the "birdie" info is the same as castaway club.
