We are arriving Friday morning, so a get-together Friday evening sounds great (as long as the jet lag doesn't win the battle!).

Today i had made the decision to take Miles to the vet tomorrow to put him down. Well he had a different idea. He came and sat with me one last time then went into the kitchen and cried one last time and passed on. I just cannot even stop crying. This is the first time I have witnessed a pets death and am devistated.

We still have his sister Ella and another cat Josie. But now all of the boys are gone.

Thanks everyone for their kind words. This just sucks after my daughter experiencing her fourth miscarriage, me losing my job and then this. Just kick me in the stomach one or two more times.

We will be celebrating DH's 50th birthday on the cruise. His actual birthday is Sept 2nd, but it's a biggie, so we'll celebrate it for a few weeks.
