Hi everyone,
just had a minute to say hello from on board the Magic.
Its been a great cruise and I have lots of pictures to share when we return.
Our friends decided to book this cruise too and i am sure Linda will be posting soon.

It was cloudy but warm on Castaway cay today.
Time to run, I will check in on Sunday.

Oh my God why lol! No Cwmbryns nice. Just to warn you though its freezing here at the moment so come prepared! At least you're staying in Cardiff so youll get to see a bit of the city. Are you going to have much time to explore? If you like beer there's a new (well about 5 month old) microbrewery in Cardiff called Zero Degrees and they do some great beers and largers.

Thanks! We'll have some time on Wednesday after we arrive. We're flying into LHR and then driving to Cardiff so we should get there about mid-afternoon. Will be a little tired, but have done this before and we know there is always time for a little drinking!

We have booked our first ever Dinsey Cruise and this is the one we are taking! I am so super excited about it that I can't stand it! I've been trying to catch up on this post, but I'm not getting much work done! Ya'll are very chatty! But I love it!

Hope to get to know a little more about what to expect, and to get to know some of you!

She is making me jealous too - of course I am NOT jealous about putting my bags out on Friday night. That is one thing I loved about the TA - not bags on that Friday - yeah! No handing in the children's pager or all the things I hate at the end of the cruise.

Anyway, Welcome to Mom2ks. You are going to have a FANTASTIC! first cruise - the sad part is - no cruise after that will ever be the same - ha ha! And I mean that in a good way of course. You will absolutely love it.

I have been away for 2 days but everyone's dogs are just so sweet and beautiful.

Todd - you better dress warm. Tuesday night we were outside and FREEZING - the weather was in the 40's - last night we were at the parade and it was warmer. Since you come from warm weather, you will definitely need a jacket. We are heading up there Sunday to play and eat so I will let you know if anything changes.

Hadley - I totally forgot that the kids will actually be missing school on this cruise - ugh! Who would have thought that. I am glad everything is working out for you.

Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend planned. We did the tree, lights and now starts the fun stuff with going to Disney or the parties.

By the way, did anyone else hear about the storm we had on Sunday and what happened to The Wonder? Apparently there were pictures on the Dis but I cannot find them. They had some trouble, but could have been a lot worse!

Thank you so much for the updates , I am seeing low to mid 70's so far the first part of the week we are there ... so it looks like I might be alright , ill bring long sleeves and a zip up hoodie , Im am really trying to avoid bring jeans ... I like wearing shorts as much as possible ...LOL

You are braver then me - below 75 - jeans! The weather in the day is beautiful, but I cannot believe how much it drops at night. If you need anything, please let me know. Also, thanks for the link. They were amazing pictures. It gives me the chills to think that someone could have been on that. I hate walking on those things and try to walk as fast as possible.

Just a reminder about lanyards.....if you want lanyards for this trip you need to send an email to WBTALanyards@yahoo.com

Complete directions for what info to send are in Post #1, so check it out.

Just a note, too----that even if you have sent an email to Hadley signing up to be a part of the lanyard team I still need you to send a separate email to the lanyard list email to "order " your lanyards. The emails received at THAT addy are the ones that my partner is printing to create a spreadsheet with everyone's information on it so if you don't send an email there---there probably won't be lanyards and name badges for you at the port.

To date I have only received 12 emails....and I'm sure there are lots more folks out there who want lanyards.....I know we have lots and lots of time (I'll probably have to create a cutoff point of somewhere in early April of 2010)----but no time like the present!! (Besides....the more "orders" I have in advance the better idea I'll be able to plan things like time needed to make them, shipping, etc.)

(oh....and get used to this.....I'll probably post a lanyard reminder every month or so as we get closer to the cruise just in case some of new cruisemates don't read the entire post #1)

I put us on the google map...how fun. I used a small image of Tigger & Roo for me and Jason but when you have the map zoomed out our logo is a little too big....and I can't figure out how to fix it so it doesn't block other people's. As you zoom in it takes on a better perspective to everyone else's, though.

Erik even the standard pins block when zoomed way out, as you zoom in all the pin styles are perfect in size, even tigger and roo, lol.

Just checked, your pin isn't showing, is it hosted on a picture hosting site or on your computer? Right now it is showing a blank. I did my pooh at 46x50 pixels and in png, some of the other custom pins are smaller but the map will only allow a max of 64x64 and will downsize as needed.

We are at Valley of the Rogue State Park in southern OR tonight. We should be at DL by Dec 14! I think we will get to do 6 days there! Family and friends to see along the way.
