Sept 18 2010 WB TransAtlantic Pirates/Capt Jacks Re-Repoing Repossession Cruise Pt.10

I just got invited to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party on Nov 30th. DH is on a business trip during that time so I get to go party with my girlfriends. I've never been to WDW at Christmastime, I'm sooooo excited! My friend has the week all lined out so that I see all the Santa's and Christmas decorations at all the parks. What a friend!

It will be a month in between WDW visits and it is 54 days till I set sail again....I just can't get enough!:banana::banana::banana::banana:

We went to WDW for Xmas 2007. John and I stayed at the Swan which is perfect for getting to Epcot. I did the MVMC party of my birthday. You are going to have such a fun time!! The decorations are fabulous and we had a wonderful time.

I was happy to she her but also sad.

Happy because i was so close to the new ship, and sad because i wanted to be on the ship.

It was so special to see a Disneyship in your own country in the winter.

I know what you mean .. I would be sad to see a Disney ship but not be getting on her. Do you have any plans to cruise on the Dream Connie?

Connie,

I love the Dream pictures! She's so pretty. I can't wait until we have our own DCL ship close to us.

Meanwhile, here's a few pictures from Maderia:

The road up the hill on our tour. Sorry the quality isn't very good, but I took it out the bus window so there's some reflection.

Hi everyone, I am here and have been reading every day. Things come in threes and mine have been dealing with this stinking Vertigo and double vision, my mother is not doing well and Hal's mother was not doing well either.

Today Hal's mother Oma went to cross over the Rainbow Bridge to finally see her youngest son Brad and her beloved doggie Freddie. She had been in and out of the hospital a few times and was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure. We really didn't think she would last until Thanksgiving. She lived a full 86 years. I just got off the phone with my youngest and sent him a ticket so he could get up here to be with the family.

According to my one sister, my mom is doing better. She has been in a wheelchair since May and now is in a rehab hospital. I don't know much more but will find out when my other sister calls.

Right now I am trying to work on my trip report to keep my mind focused. My MRI is scheduled for Tuesday and I hope to get some answers when the Dr gets the results.

Terry,

So sorry to hear about your troubles.

Mike's uncle Dan just recently passed, he was almost 93 and had been showing some memory/confusion recently, but suddenly (about 3 weeks ago) he totally lost contact with everyone and everything. It was determined that he had brain tumors and one of them had started bleeding. Of course, none of this was determined until he was gone because he sooooooo didn't think he needed to see a doctor.

Hope things go well in your tests.
