Working at Ft Wilderness or the Wilderness Lodge

I would really like work at Fort Wilderness or the Wilderness Lodge. From what I understand you don't get to pick what resort you work at, and another problem is I hardly ever see job openings listed for Disney Resorts. Mostly I wish I could plant the flowers at the resorts (I love gardening) but I have no background in horticulture or qualifications. But if I could just work at one of the stores in Ft Wilderness or the Lodge I would be happy with that. Has anybody worked at Ft Wilderness or the Lodge and if so how were you able to come by getting a job there?
