Does Disney have late night buffets or "chocolate night buffets"? I've been on other cruises that have late night themed buffets (not every night) but not sure if Disney does the same.

All based on cruises 2007-2010:
Pirate night has a buffet that starts at 10:45 - crepes, turkey legs, fajita meat, desserts and such

Dessert buffet night with chocolate fountain

None of the daily midnight buffets they had on the Love Boat.

If I remember correctly, the way we did it last year was to wait until everyone was paid in full, had made their ressies etc. before we did the dining link. I don't think it created any problems but I of course could be wrong.

That's my experience too--timing after individuals make their own ressies at their respective booking windows. Then link. :thumbsup2

Sitting at the airport ready to line up for my flight down to Anaheim to visit the big cheese. DH left this morning right after dropping off the dogs. He was in the LA area by 3 pm. Beat the gridlock traffic:scared1:

It's an hour flight for me.
:cool1::cheer2:

I'll wave from World of Color.

Ordered some new shoes for the cruise:

Hope you have a great time there - or should I say a Happy time?

We are signed up for Main Dining, so we'll see. I'll plan to link us later as we get a little closer to sailing. Maybe I can request the Jay/Melanie team. :goodvibes

Yep my baby is 19 today!!! Can't believe how fast the time has gone. Thanks for the birthday wishes for her....it's Thai food tonight, per her request. :flower3:

Is Main Dining the 6:30 dining or the late one like what we had last May? That would be awesome to get Jay/Melanie again! Thanks!:yay:

Where did you order these shoes? They are so cute!!!!! :thumbsup2

I ordered from onlineshoes; csnstores has them for less. Both have free shipping; onlineshoes also has free returns for a year (didn't check at csnstores - probably should have to save $10+). And I had bought a bed from csnstores, so I know they're both legit.

Also, use any of the words Birki's Maria Disney Mickey Minnie to internet search for them. They are also available in Europe.

The Birki's are the narrower form of Birkenstocks - about a medium width for American shoes - not the wider width like Crocs are.

The pharmacy tech at Sam's Club showed them to me on her cell phone - she had seen some on QVC - and she thought of me.

:thumbsup2We really enjoyed the caves too. Monkeys not so much. :scared1:

Our small group were total wimps and didn't actually get out were they mainly are!!!!:rotfl2: However they were hanging around the siege tunnels entrance but left us alone. They played with our taxi driver though. Still managed to get some great photos though, just not with one on my head!

I love the Nautical one's you've ordered Lynne. May have to try and find them over here. :thumbsup2

I bought these last year, i've got several pairs of Birki's they are so comfy.

If you search for "Birki's Maria" on amazon.co.uk and ebay (they are cheaper but come from Germany) you can find some of the closed toe one's. :thumbsup2

Fab Claire thank you :)

I was searching Dorian as I liked the Mickey & Minnie ones. I could only find them in Australia.

I'm not too keen on the closed toe ones but I love my open sandal ones!!!!

Just checked our weight allowance coming back and it's 50 lbs pp. I converted this and it equals 22.67 kg. Worse than I thought:sad2:

Does anyone know if you pay for an extra bag ( $55 ) does that mean you get the extra weight allowance of 50lbs, or do you have to spread your allowance across the 2 bags.

Usually when you pay extra bag, you get an extra bag of equal weight to the other bags. That has been our experience. Make sure if you are transiting planes that you keep you extra baggage receipt handy as they sometimes ask to see it at the gates.
