[Burnice, is it just me or haven't I seen you on here for a long time? How are things down there?]
Hi Jacqueline, have been lurking in the background and enjoying reading all the comments.
Dad has finally changed his mind about hiring scooter or wheelchair whilst in the parks, his idea of fun is for me to be pushing him and Mum (sitting on his lap) around in a wheelchair, he reckons it will be the best way for me to loose weight and get fit. He loves the idea of the Mojitos & Mixology tasting's and then back to the Stateroom for an afternoon nap, looks like they are going to be a handful on the holiday.
He was telling me last night he was on the last convoy (WWII) to past the Straites of Gibraltor going home to England and somewhere in the house is the Plaque he received as a momento. Still learning about his life in the Forces after all this time.
Sorry to hear you are having health issues, wish I could do something to help you.

PM me if you want to vent, happy to listen.
Burnice
Ah, there you are! Tell dad that he's a wise man. A wise man with a wicked sence of humor. I like him already.

If he gets to much simply threat to dump him into the Worlshowcase Lagoon or something.

You will def. get your work out by pushing though! To give you an idea; my dad actually lost a couple of kilos on a 8-day trip to Portugal in 2004 when he had to push me around all day and that man loves his meals, cookies, chips etc. The pushing, distance and heat will be a workout like no other. Be prepared for some sore muscles. Thus; be as nice to yourself as to dad and mom, pack whatever you need to make this easier.

I'm so curious about how your stay at BWV will be. I've always considered it but kept backing away after reading to many reports about lesser transporation experiences to MK, AK and DTD. I'm seriously considering a split stay with BWV and SSR or another resort for another future trip, which only makes me more curious.
Thanks for the pm-offer, will remind it. Hopefully not needed but am starting to get a bit annoyed with the bureaucrazy. Leaves me worried about making this trip and if I do make it; how in earth are we going to turn this around enough so that I don't rain on others dining experiences during dinner? I've already considered asking for a seperate table because of that, but as far as I know
DCL doesn't do that for a solo.
Anyway, thanks to all for the support!
Taryn flies to Orlando on 19th June ... expect a lot of weeping and wailing on here as I will be so anxious. First time she has left the country / flown without us.
Somehow I had the idea that it was earlier but you still got a couple of weeks left before she goes. It'll take time for all of you to get used to but eventually it's going to be great. More time with hubby, more time for yourself, an amazing excuse to hop to WDW

and I'm sure you'll have many more special moments with Taryn. You guys sound way too close for that not to happen. I know for me and my mom those moments together are even more special since we no longer live together. Allthough after 3 weeks together at WDW we sometimes want to strangle eachother.......
Hey,

For those non-dutch; nothing special, just splurting out my huge softspot for CBR as a resort and some of their amazing CM's.
