I have a split stay reservation coming up where I used points from 3 different contracts that I own. I am selling the contract that the first reservation uses points from. I know I can't close on the sale before the first reservation is over but will the sale affect the reservations which uses the other contracts ( the contracts I am keeping) points. I know the 2nd and 3 rd reservation doesn't use any the contract I am selling as they were 11 month reservations with a different use year and member ID than the first reservation. Also can the whole ROFR process go forward prior to the reservation? Thanks for the help.

As long as there were no transferred points you should be fine. One clarification, the reservation simply has to start, not be completed.
