Like others said, that was Baboo.

It's funny, Seinfeld had a lot of controversial shows. There was the bet, spongeworthy, when Kramer burned Puerto Rico's flag, etc. But the touchiest of them all (now) is probably Baboo getting deported to Pakistan and vowing revenge. That would never make it on the airwaves now.
