When he gets drunk like that he offers the squirrels a little rum to work the pedals. fun thing is the squirrels can not hold there rum a thimbel full and there out for the night. (beware everyone I think Sammy learned to hot wire them golf carts. So if you see me cat with a bottle of rum and a couple of squirrels hanging around your golf cart watch it. it will be gone before you can blink)

Something tells me that this was not alcohol related, but rather some smarta$$ that stole someone's cart from their site and did this with it.
