Judi - snazzy tatoo! That's always been my favorite Haunted Mansion picture. If you want to join the circus, I shall join you. I have always wanted to be an elephant trainer.

Becca - glad that Chicago was fun. Is the Bubba Gump menu entirely shrimp? Are the boys watching the nightly Olympic swimming trials coverage?

Tricia - does the Bass Pro Shop restaurant have a large fish menu? I think it should have a pond in the store (like LL Bean) where you catch your fish and then they cook it for you!

Wilma, we have been watching the swim coverage. We were all screaming at the TV while Michael Phelps broke his own WR in the IM. Totally psyched us up for the Olympics.

Happy Monday morning to all! Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Hey, Michael Phelps was a swimmer in the last Olympics, right, Bex? He was really good and had a nice personality to boot! Me likey! I'm glad he's coming back this year. I love the Olympics!!

Ok, my eating is getting out of control! Every weekday morning I go to Mcdonalds for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, 3 chocolate chip cookies and a diet coke. EVERY morning! No wonder I feel so porky all the time! Time ta quit that! I do need me a diet coke fountain drink though, that is a moral imperative. Ok, not really, but I love it. So I'm gonna try and come up with a plan to improve my eating habits, it's getting ridiculous!

After work I'm taking Ainslee to the dentist for three fillings. Then her dentistry is caught up, and it's only the orthodontist we have to worry about.

Good morning Sassys! Today is the first day of a 4 day work week! Can't beat that.

Bonnie, I have been eating lots better the last few weeks and have lost 4 pounds. I need to lose a lot more than that, but it's a good start. I love fountain Coke, much better than from a bottle or can. Yes, Michael Phelps was in the last Olympics, he won 6 medals and can become the most winningest Olympian ever this Olympics. Brendan loves him.

We splurged and signed up for the all you can play game rentals at blockbuster this weekend. We have been some Wii playing fools!

Did you know that Joey laughs like a fiend whenever he crashes Lightening McQueen on the Cars game? And he thinks it is funny to run Wall-E off a cliff or into the puddle of toxic waste? I mean he thinks it is super funny....and he gets this gleam in his eye. He is starting to scare me a little

Good morning and happy Monday (I think). I'm still waiting on my coffee to finish so I'm not too sure how happy I am at this moment.

We watched it last night too. I can't wait until August 8th for all the games to begin. We also watched the track and field coverage. I can't see how it's humanly possible for someone to jump 27 plus feet but he did.

We splurged and signed up for the all you can play game rentals at blockbuster this weekend. We have been some Wii playing fools!

What games did you get and which ones do you think were good enough to buy?

Hi Tricia. My kids like Wall-E enough to buy....when it goes down in price. I don't think it is quite worth 50 bucks.

We checked out Dream Pinball and it was fun...but I am not sure I would want to buy it

Then we traded pinball for Big Game Hunters.....I didn't really like that one, but Kate did.

Then we traded that one for Cars....Joey really likes that one. Lightening McQueen says things like ":Focus" or "watch out for that pole" or "Ahhhhhhhh" when you crash and Joey of course thinks that is too funny.

I didn't realize renting games was so expensive. Blockbuster wants 8 dollars a game now We paid 30 something and can have 2 games out at a time and trade them as much as we want for the month. I will probably cancel the subscription once school starts, though, because we don't usually play that much.

I want to rent Boom Blox next. Becca, didn't you say that was fun?

Heather I think renting the games is a neat idea. We've bought games before for Colins Nintendo Game Cube and he hated them once he tried them. Our local video store rents games for $5.00 per game. I think I might give that a try before shelling out $50.00 per Wii game.

Yes Becca said Boom Blox was fun. That's also a game on Colin's short list of games he wants.

I didn't know you could rent all you want for $30. Thats a great deal if you ask me since most Wii games are about $50. We have Big Game Hunter, Brian had to have it. Did you climb the mountain with the bear yet? I screamed when I did it, the boys think its very funny. I don't get to play the Wii very much, but I do want to buy Wii fit. I'm getting the boys Guitar Hero Aerosmith for Christmas. If I can wait that long to give it to them.

Judi, do you have your heat on? I'm thinking about it, I'm freezing!

it was 30something to rent games.....35 or 36 I think. Scott did it. I foolishly rented 2 games for 17 something and so he went and got credit for that and signed up for the game rentals.

I didn't go hunt the bear. I have really really bad aim We didn't keep that one long, but Kate says she wants to try it again.
