Kudos to those of you who sat through what sounds like a total waste of time. On the other hand, reading all of your reactions as it was going on and after was quite fantastic.

So disappointed as our trip will also be in April - arriving April 23. It they aren't going to release dining or FP resv until a certain date, then why not just say that. Why do they have to be so sneaky and get everyone all excited (or did we do that to ourselves???? LOL) just to dash our hopes of being able to finish up our planning!!!!

It wasn't a total waste of time. Light, water, magical and memorable seem to be the words of the day. I think I'll try to work them into our regular dinner conversation tonight.

Folks really should just quit asking them. They.do.not.know. Period.
Why they can't use those words is beyond me. It's perfectly ok to say "I am sorry, I don't know"
It's ridiculous that they make up things to say.

I'm sure they're not allowed to say certain things, and admitting they don't know something is probably one of them. I know I am so sick of CMs telling me their computer is undergoing "magical enhancements." We'll be in the middle of making a change or something and all of a sudden they're like oh it seems we're undergoing "magical enhancements" to our system, it will just take a few minutes. Just say you have a slow computer lol, no company in their right mind, especially Disney, is going to update their computer systems during the day when people are calling in.

Here is my problem. I thought the interview and all the information about the show was beautiful. However, my trip is in April when this show is debuting. My best chance to see it is to purchase a ticket to one of the preview events. These events have limited capacity and seem to be highly sought after. I need to be on the ball when these tickets go on sale or else I will get shut out.

I was under the impression that the tickets would go on sale, or else that we'd get a date. To those who are disappointed that a lot of us are upset, that is my story.

I'm in the same boat. ... well said!

If they were unsure of the debut date I would understand .... but this is disappointing that they have the date planned, but yet to announce when it will become available to book. Well, Im at 44 days out from our arrival and I may lose my advantage of staying onsite for a possible ROL FP given the 30 day mark is not far away.

When I called earlier this morning, CM said "we don't have info on that yet". I've gotten this answer plenty over the years.

The only egregious case of FLAT OUT "making something up" that I recall was the letter/email saying SWW WAS ON for this year.
