Rumors of Light (ROL discussion thread)

I've been busy this week helping a friend and bringing meals to them. She was 37 weeks and they found no heartbeat in her sonogram so she had to deliver a stillborn. It was a girl. She had 6 boys and then this girl. It was heartbreaking.

I can't even imagine. I hope that they have many friends like you, there for help and support.

Lordy guys - we've been relegated to page two. Hope everyone is doing ok.

Not okay. I do feel I have been missing ........

I'm still kind of in a sad mood from everything that's happened in Orlando. I knew people in Pulse who escaped, one of whom isn't dealing with it all very well. DH knew one of the CMs who was killed. It all just sucks. But I've never been prouder to live in Orlando, the community's done such a great job of coming together.

I can't imagine. All week I've just had a sunk heart, can't wrap my head ...... and I knew no one there. Following very closely with all the I have to say the city has been amazing in how they handled it from that night on. So many people that night could have run and left the others behind, heart warming to see them help each other.

Hopefully some positive can come from this horrible event.

Sorry I haven't been around much we lost our very ancient dog last week and between that and the happenings in Orlando I wasn't up to being here. May this week bring nothing but good news and maybe a Rumor on ROL

Hugs to you. I have a houseful of dogs, and totally understand what it's like to loose one. Even when we know it's coming, we are never fully prepared. We lost two last year, and I still tear up thinking about it.

DH rode Frozen Ever After at Epcot this morning and said it was cute, even though he hates Frozen. He's taking DS back this evening to ride. I was going to go with the baby but I'm scared he'll cry and those people who have waited 5 hours will be ready to kill me.

It was posted as 300 minutes on Facebook earlier, the line was waaay back towards the bridge between China and Germany. I wouldn't wait in that line if you paid me!
