Does anyone know either the e-mail address or direct line to contact someone at the RPC. I have some requests and questions for an upcomming stay there.

I'm not aware of an e-mail address for them, but the RPC pre-planning office number is 407-824-1775. You can also reach them by fax at 407-824-3461. For some reason, I found contacting them by fax got a quicker response than a voice mail message.

Enjoy your stay. We were there this past July and had an amazing time.

When is your stay? Someone should have contacted you already. Try calling the RPC and asking for James - he did a wonderful job working with me in July.

Pre-planning normally doesn't contact you until somewhere between 45-60 days from your arrival date. If you already have some requests, they may be able to put them into their computer system. I'd suggest faxing them over.

Have you stayed at RPC before? We had the best time there at the end of July. Our room was on the fourth floor with an incredible view of the castle. This is my favorite hotel. I've never stayed in anything quite like it. Each evening I'd relax in the concierge lounge with a glass of wine and listen to the orchestra playing right below us. The staff was wonderful, very talkative and full of knowledge if you asked them for anything, or quiet and unobtrusive for those guests who prefer a more elegant, reserved atmsophere. I think I've talked my husband into going back next year for our 20th anniversary, without the kids this time.

Please let me know if I can help you out with any of your questions.

Yes, we stayed there in 1989 for our honeymoon. It was fantastic, every year since then we have wanted to go back. Finally for our 15 Wedding Anniversary we will. We stayed in a honeymoon room # 4421, and walking into that room was the most magical feeling in the world.
We felt bad being in the parks knowing all of the treats that were being put out. We have been back to the Grand every year since 1989 to just sit in the lobby, have afternoon tea, or dine in one of their restaurants.
For July 2004 I think we will splurge even more and book the Grand One for a fireworks cruise. I wish it coud be for more than four nights but it's on the pricey side.

We'll be celebrating our 15th anniversary next year and I have my husband convinced to stay a few nights without the kids this time. I'm just trying to figure out what time of year I'd like to be down there. Our anniversary is in September, but I would love to be down there when the Christmas decorations go up.

I love the idea of the Grand I for a fireworks cruise. That would be so special. I've always wanted to try Victoria & Alberts, but DH does not want to worry about dressing up while on vacation.

I hope your time there is as magical as your first trip.

If you are staying at the GF, then dressing up for Victoria & Alberts is a piece of cake. We dined there during our honemoon and it was incredible.

Ahhh that's why they haven't contacted you yet - it's still rather far away. However, if you have a request you want to take care of now, I'd go ahead and give them a write. And it'll be a nice way to establish a "relationship" with a CM from the RPC too!
