RotR and staying offiste

So this thread goes in line with what I was trying to find out. Is it even worth it to try to go to DHS if you are offsite? Sounds like the LLs go pretty fast. I could try at 7 for SDD but then would there be any left later? Also you start behind the early entry crowd so you would start with longer lines already. Should I even try to go to DHS? I am only there for 3 days and not sure I want to go and potentially not get to ride much

Look at the charts on thrill data. As I understand it the best way is to get slinky first for whatever time you can, then smugglers run at your next selection time, then Tower next. You can get an ILL for the other individual selection, and queue for rise right at park close so you’re not wasting “real” park time queuing for that. Then you can do some standby / pick up the odd lightning lane after that.

I think it's absolutely worth going. We stayed offsite this past November and mainly did Universal for the week but the one day we carved out for Disney we knew we only wanted to do DHS.

I was dumb and didn't set an alarm for 7 so I didn't get a chance at booking SDD and decided not to wait in line for it that day but we were able to do everything else we wanted and it was a fantastic day. Even got on RotR twice!

At the end of the day you'll most likely have to wait awhile for at least one attraction at some point throughout the day but it's very realistic that you'll be able to essentially hit everything, assuming all rides are up and running.
