Hello I booked a preferred room for POR which is a good room to request? I have a really bad knee so I would like to be close to buses and food court

If you do the "on-line check in" you can request the 1st floor near lobby

If you were to request a room number without stating WHY you want that room and the room is unavailable they have no reference to meet your other requirements.
