I've noticed during the on-line check-in discussions that people mention the system erasing or ignoring requests. What type of requests do people make? Also, some people mentioned upgrades. What types of upgrades are available?
We got an exchange through RCI for a studio at SSR
I'm trying to figure out which part of the resort would be best for us to stay. I'm assuming that is one of the requests people make- which section of the resort to stay in- but don't know if there are other types of requests.
Also, do I call Member Services w/ my RCI confirmation # to get a DVC reservation #? I think someone mentioned that before. Can someone give me the phone #? Once I have the reservation # can I log into the DVC site to check things out?
