My name is Bill and I'm a "VMKaholic" (sorry couldn't resist that opening) ... anywho ... reside with my wife in the Florida panhandle. Both of us are originally from CT. After a number of years working for "Uncle Sam" I moved down here and started my own internet based consulting company. Wife is a partner with a law firm (also not affiliated with those TV ad types!!).

Daughter is grown and we have one grandchild (another on the way) along with two golden retrievers (our kids now).

Hi everyone! My real name is Allison, Skuttle here on the DIS, and alliben on VMK because it wouldn't let me have Skuttle.

I'm a wife to my DH, Ryan. We've been married five years this June. He loves WDW just as much as me! I'm very lucky. He actually found the DIS five years ago when we were planning our WDW honeymoon. He lurks a lot and posts every now and then. He has NO interest in VMK though. Although I did make him a character to get me more daily credits.

I'm also a mom to the greatest DS in the world! He just turned two...how much longer can I expect to give him such a compliment? I'm also mom to Maggie, our 6 year old Yorkie, and Milo, our 4 year old Corgi.

Finally, to pay the bills, I'm an attorney.

My Internet 'names' are never very clever, I work in a lab (hospital right now) as a Medical Lab Tech. I am a mother to 2 wonderful kids DD(Princess), DS(Goofy), and wife to DH(Grumpy).

Great thread MTLott. I heart it! Let's see. Where to start? My husband (pengin on VMK, penguin77 on DIS) and I live in central Illinois very near the University of Illinois. (Go Illini!) I work in the personnel department at a large clinic that has branches throughout the area. I have a number of duties, including processing new hires and terminations. He works as a finance manager at a local car dealership. We have no kids yet. I have been a big fan of all things Disney pretty much since birth (I have pictures. lol), and DH has been hooked on Disney since our honeymoon to WDW 3 years ago. I saw VMK in a DVC newsletter about a month ago, checked it out, and told DH. We are now both hooked.

6yrs of being married with a police officer and no kids (I don't think i'm ready, since I'm a kid myself). Well i think i do have a daughter if we are considering pets as kids. She is a fluffy and spoliled cat.

My name is Sara (Jaina on Dis and on VMK). I actually found the Dis through VMK, though I've been addicted to Disneyland since I was 3. We live about 10 hours away, but try to get there every year or two (thanks to my dad loving it - though his idea of fun is to pay hundreds of dollars to get in then sit on a park bench in New Orleans Square - he's getting just a little too old there!) I recently graduated from BYU in Utah, and now I live back near my family in Arizona, and just married my sweetheart of three years. We have been married 3 months. Sadly, he still has a lot of school left, and I am currently working as an Institutional Research Assistant at the community college in our town. I am addicted to VMK and spend more time than I should on it. I only get on while at work (usually) because DH and I don't have internet at home, and when we go to our parents, it's not polite to ignore them to play fireworks with a better mouse. ;-) Enjoying you all!

Yo everyone. This is exciting to see who is behind each VMK character.

My story: I'm Grace, I'm 22, I am going to UC Santa Barbara to get my Master's in Geology. Thus, I get to live by the beach with year-round beautiful weather. I'm working on a petroleum geology problem and I love school - what could be better than someone paying you to go to school and do research?!

And clearly, I play VMK way too much and I may be the only person on this entire board who has never been to WDW. I've only been to Disneyland (way too many times!).

Hello everybody - and thanks to Jellyrolls for coming to visit us the other night! IRL I'm Suz and my daughter is Em and we play together on VMK. I'm PPan and she's Tinkerem. We also have another character each which is MommaWendy and we're waiting to see if DrHook is OK with VMK. They are our worker bees who go out and earn credits for us and provide more rooms. We've got all our rooms linked up and even got a teleporter lobby for friends - so everybody welcome to put a 'porter in our "Friends Lobby." Come see us at Never Land Lobby or Lost Boy's Room. We've been playing a lot this week since it's last week before school starts. IRL I'm a decorative artist (murals, walls, furniture, etc.).

I have family in Lynn Haven and Pananma City Beach. I love visiting! My aunt lives on the bay in Lynn Haven.

Hi I'm Jan but I have never gone by that here at the DIS everyone knows me as Mal and I have been on the DIS from the beginning years and years ago even though it says 1999 in my profile. The Dis had a crash and we all had to reregister and also lost our post counts

Anyway back to the subject...I am too old to post it and am married to a Wonderful Brit we have been married 21 years and have a Fantastic son who is 8 and 2 fish tanks one salt and one fresh we also have several(3) outdoor ponds....We own an Antique Business both Resale and Restorations. But by trade I am a Dental Hygienist retired after being in dentistry 30 years( does not give you a clue to my age because Dad was a Dentist and I worked for him for years) when DS was born. We live in East Tennessee. In the Mountains(foothills).

We go to WDW every year and I am a VMK addict! as you can tell by my sig.

I am Andrea from Rhode Island (please, no little state jokes now...) very close to Foxboro Stadium, where the New England Pats reside (in response to Surferrat's comment!).

It was great having them in Jacksonville Last year...Hopefully we (At least I am) will see them in Detroit!!!
