Good morning everyone. Guess it is a little late today. Not even morning for some of you. I LOVED the monorail reading, Darren. Even gave me the goosebumps. I thought I was going to have a hard time not going to WDW this time while in Florida but good luck came our way. Good to hear that Julie, Garry, Denine and Jerry are meeting. It is fun putting a face to a name!

Loved the monorail trip Darren! We say it all the time around here. Please stand clear of the doors......

For those of you who were wondering, no he didn't give me a ticket. He would have though but I had a courtesy card from another officer on the force who was on a volleyball team I was on, so he let me go (he did take the courtesy card away).

So is Darren the last to get his docs? Does that mean he gets the prize? (it's a god thing Darren, don't worry)

I am checking in more today. My gosh, I was off a couple of hours yesterday and had to read 2 or 3 pages. I'm right with you, Julie. A disboard junkie. My family keeps reminding me that there is more to the internet than the DIS board. Is there?????

Ah Ha! Remember when I was wondering what that "rate this thread" button was about?
WELL, I have found our latest obsession. (Notice I did not say 'challenge' Denine, so this does not need to be shared)
There are choices of how to view the forum, at the bottom of the forum page. If you view by replies, we are in second place. If you view by rating, we are in 41st place! That is just pitiful! Each of us need to "Rate this Thread" a 5. You can only do it once. It's near the 'Post Reply' button.

I'll check with Denine to see how many children are in our Dis group if you all still want to do the halloween idea. I think it would be cute, but I know if we don't, there will be a lot more things for them to do.

I have been making paper flowers all day for our Halloween

The galley tour is a tour through the ships kitchens! Plus you get a cookie at the end of it. I believe you enter through Lumiere's and go through the pastry kitchen and then end up at Parrot Cay's kitchen. I went on it last cruise and it was really interesting! I plan to go again if they still offer it. It is a free tour you just have to get a ticket (at the spot and time they give).

The galley tour sounds fun like everything else they have to offer. SO many posiibilities and so little time on the cruise. How does one decide????

My DD and her boyfriend took the tour in May and loved it. They said it is a "must do". I will have to check with Ted to see if he is interested.

6 Spend the rest of the night reading about all the fun you guys had today without me and nobody is left here to play with.

Loved the Monorail Darren. I bought one last yeat and love it! I never put up a Christmas tree last year so I put it around the coffee table in my living room, Put the GIANT Minnie plush on top of the table, threw tinsel all over her and that was my Christmas decoration!

I would love to do the Galley tour. I did the Bridge tour last year (Pre 9/11) and loved it!

It's nice to know that somebody is here when I am. I think they all get posted out during the day. I agree I really should be doing something else but I'm thinking that is what the weekend is for!

Can we make 1200 tonight? That may be an average of 100 posts per 24hours. Keep that up and we may make 2500 by the time we sail. Of course we would have to rely on the dudettes for the last couple of days and that would be me talking to myself. I haven't gotten to that point yet!

I gues I really shouldn't post this. It might be a sensative topic.

Anyway, I kinda wish I was going to be celebrating this weekend with a pre-cruise party. Really, I hope they all have a great time. We have a Fall Festival event at Turner's school on Saturday and then Sunday we have a picnic to go to with the Boosters Club of our local hockey team. At least I will be busy!

Still have so much to do. Just realized yesterday that I have the 14th off and Turner will be in school. I guess all the last minute gotta get done's will have to go on that day's list.
