I can't wait to get up early in the morning and see who ended up being the night owls. Wonder where the count will be the????

Hi everyone! I guess I will have to take over the night owl position! Garry and I are usually up late because he works 2nd shift (3pm to 11pm). But these last few months have been GREAT since he has been home with his knee. I know when he does go back to work it's going to be tough on all of us!

It was mentioned earlier on the board about doing something Halloweenie for the kids. Are we still going to try something or did we decide not to. I can't remember.

We Ohioians just want you all to know that when you are toasting each other this Sat. at your pre-cruise gathering, we(Denine, Jerry, Garry, and me) will be having our own pre-sail away party! I can't wait to get this whole bunch together!

Since everyone was telling about how long they have been married, Garry and I have been married for 8 years this coming March. A little interesting tid bit of info, Garry and I first met when he pulled me over for turning left on a "orange" light. Like Sandy, he swept me off my feet and it was love at first sight. I told my mother that night that I met the man I was going to marry, and I DID!

Well I am up late so I might as well add to the total posts.... My girls are in bed I am sure as they both have to get up early to go to work..sweet dreams Patti and Barb!

Was watching the hurricane reports.... hope we don't have any around when we sail or we could have some rough waters. I never thought I would get seasick but I did when we went to Alaska...we had some rough water and you walked like you had been drinking.

See you all before you know it.....Are you ready for some cruising??

YOu all did it! 1103.

Julie that is a great story about how you and Garry met. I take it he only gave you a warning and not a ticket.

Yes I forgot about the Osbourne lights at MGM. They're incredible. My favorite is the Candlelight Processional though.

Mickey o2's mom- you put Disney Dudette #3 to shame with all your posts! We'll have to shame her into posting again. She doesn't even read the posts from what I understand. I bought my mom a computer for Christmas about 3 years ago and she loves it!

Halloween for the kids- I don't think we ever firmed that up. How many children will there be and what are the age ranges? And is anyone/everyone interested?

Have a good day. WIll check in and read at lunchtime. SSHHH! Don't tell anyone!

and now to start the day off with some monorail spiel: :teeth:

We are traveling to Epcot where nations celebrate human achievement and potential...

or even better...

Welcome aboard the Walt Disney World express monorail, our highway in the sky to the Magic Kingdom. For those of you standing please hold on to the handrails throughout our journey and stay clear of the doors. For the comfort of others no smoking please, thankyou.
We are circling the Disney created Seven Seas Lagoon. Rising from the Magic Kingdom on the opposite shore is Cinderella's Castle. You can also see Disney's mountain range, Big Thunder Mountain and Splash Mountain in Frontierland and Space Mountain in Tomorrowland.
To the right hand side on the shores of Bay Lake is Disney's Wilderness Lodge, which captures the spirit of the national park service lodges built in the west, during the early part of last century. Also on Bay lake you can enjoy a natural setting at Disney's Fort Wilderness resort and campground. More outdoor recreation can be found at River Country, Disney's version of the old fashioned swimming hole.
We are entering Disney's Contemporary resort where on the Grand Canyon Concourse you can start your day with Chef Mickey's Character breakfast. For a panoramic view of Walt Disney World the California Grill, located on the 15th floor, offers and exquisite array of fine dining experiences with each meal prepared "On Stage" as a specialty of the house.
While your group is together now is a great time to pick a place to meet should you become separated in the park....

OK so I think that's enough, maybe I've been on the monorail a few too many times!!!

by the way don't forget the Lights of Winter at Epcot at Christmas :earsboy:

Good morning everyone...It is a little cold this morning but no snow which they said we might get. This is a winter when everyone will be praying for snow....hate the water restrictions we had this summer. Of course I pray we don't get snow when we fly out and return....I am a flying chicken.

Does anyone know where you can buy Disney stickers, paper, etc at Disneyworld? I am a scrap book addict and love to buy stickers. I had heard they were going to put in a scrap book store once but never heard anymore about it.

Girls (Barb and Patti) be nice today...you don't want the people on here to think I don't know how to raise kids! Love ya!

Boy, you guys were message crazy:bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

Getting very close now and the excitement is building!!

I'm saying hi to Candy, who may be lurking. Hi

I hope you all have a great day and my mantra is:

"I'm one day closer, I'm one day closer"

I just had to see the forum read 1111 (11's my lucky number)

P.S. Dudette #2 or#3, I forget who ... I have a confession to make you feel good. I almost started a new thread last night with my post attempt. Why do they put the new thread button next to the post reply one at the end of individual threads? It should just be offered at the top of the forum page IMO. I only realized what I was about to do when it said something like, "Submit new thread" or something, instead of "submit reply".

Good morning everyone!

I am sitting here with one less hole in my head! I went to the dentist again yesterday and got another tooth filled. That is 2 times in one week after 15 years of not going.

Good morning Mom! One week from today I will be on my way to Disney!!! Woooo hoooo!

2 more days until out Bon Voyage party in Denver.

DisneyDarren: Loved the monorail trip.Next best thing to being there.

Yes Mama :o

Good morning everybody......all I could think about when I was getting ready for work was getting here so I read everyone's posts.......this is terribly addicting!

Shut up Barb! (sorry Mom) You're making me cry....I have two weeks to go and I don't get to go to the parks :( Not really....I was thinking about that this morning too and I really am excited for you (jealous, but excited)

DisneyDarren: I enjoyed the monorail trip very much too but it sure made me wish I was going a week early like Barb and Mom.

Wildernessgirl: So...did you get a ticket? Loved your story

"Shut up Barb!" "Shut up Barb!"

Mom did you see this!! I don't think Patty is being as nice as she can be!!

girls, didn' t I tell you to be nice....I am in a very good mood this morning as I just got back from curves and found out I lost ll lbs and 3 l/2 lbs body fat. Of course I have a lot more I can lose but I am on my way!!!

Yea Julie. Did he give you a ticket? I never thought about marrying an officer just to get out of a ticket. Humm. I did live with one for awhile. Actually, I've only been pulled over twice, both times in my teens. I'll leave that story at ... there was no love at first sight:p
