wilma-bride - i hope i am not annoying anyone in Group B by offering to add DCLunatic to this group. We have less children in group B than group A - Rich and I don't mind being counted as big kids instead... :rolleyes:

Thank you, Runskyhy. No one in Group B has to get anything for us. But we'll be putting fun things in your FEs! I'm counting out all my stuff now, and working on my labels.
 
what time is everyone arriving at the port ? im planning on 1115 does anyone know when we start the actual boarding ? last year we took disneys bus so we boarded right away this year we r staying near the port and taking cocoa beach shuttle :cool1:

also booked for pop centry on sunday oh yea !!!!!
no docs 4 me yet maybe they r coming today good to know we have to sign i will leave ups a note that its ok to drop off pkg from disney -

We fly out on the 17th early in the morning...we got an awesome flight and will be in Florida @ 1235PM on the 177...only 7 hours! super excited to not be in the airport for 17 hours changing planes!

My docs are sitting at the post office not on my counter !!!!! POO POO !!!!! That is a perk of living on 5 acres in the STICKS !!!! they didnt deliver them to the house this year dont know why because they did last year but today i got something in the mail to pick up a pkg at the post office and i KNOW its the docs .... bummer deal but hey at least they are here
OK - Wendy ( runskyhy did an absolutely AMAZING job at putting together all the FE info and the maps etc. She and i are going over some final details and then she will post a link you can go to and DL them from . PLEASE FOLKS dont forget to pack them right away ... that way no one forgets them ... I will make a few extra copys to have on hand at the meet and if you need to have me leave you one at the pursers desk I will but try try try to bring it with you and not leave it at home The maps are WELL worth the download and print MAN wendy did a GREAT job wait till you see !!!!!!! DISTRIBUTING FE EXCHANGE MAP: The FE Exchange map is electronic and now available for you to print out at:

The 2nd page contains a list of each group and breaks down the cabins by ship location. All the dates and times listed below [in this post] are also summarized on the 2nd page.

MEET AND GREET: Deck 3 Promenade Lounge, Thursday, 10/29, 3 - 4 PM. Please stop by to meet your fellow Hallo-Wonder cruisers! How will you recognize us? It's guaranteed we'll be the only group there with a four-legged SUPERSTAR named DENVER! We have had a great time on the website these last few months together - we would love to meet everyone and put a face to the wonderful people we have gotten to know! Let's not rule out a photo op, too, for the disboards.com 'meet and greet' website!

FISH EXTENDER EXCHANGE TIMES: Please have your FE pocket hung on your fish outside your door by the first dinner seating (5:45PM) on Thursday, 10/29. It can be removed after the beginning of the last dinner seating (8:15PM) on Saturday, 10/31. Participants should deliver their gifts between these times - but more importantly, participants should have FUN delivering your gifts! This is why we have waited 'patiently' for all these months! (These times were chosen so it coincides with most pre-dinner preparations.)

CHANGES TO THE FE EXCHANGE MAP: If your cabin number changes from what is on the FE map, please contact the other members of your FE group on the first day of the cruise by ship phone (cabin-to-cabin) or by sticky note (on others' cabin doors) by 10PM on Thursday, 10/29. Since travel schedules for all involved vary widely this month, it is not guaranteed that all participants will receive changes between now and when they board the ship. Unfortunately, there is also no guarantee everyone will make it to the Meet and Greet, so do not plan to distribute any new cabin information there. Please don't make others spend their vacation hunting for you! (10PM was chosen to minimize interference with all the other activities that first day - lifeboat drill, sail away party, meals, shows, meet & greet, etc.)

DENVER SOCIAL HOUR: Aft Hidden Deck 7, Friday, 10/30, Contact Cari for a time. Want to get some more time to visit with a SUPERSTAR?!? Catch up again with Denver on Friday to hang out with him for a half hour and have some more laughs together! If you are interested, call Cari and leave a message in her cabin and she will get back to you to set up a time.

DENVER REMINDER: Denver is a SUPERSTAR and therefore he has a very important job to do - his job is to constantly focus on his mom's safety. Denver and his family love people and they love questions, so don't shy away! Denver just wants you to please remember these 3 simple things when you see him:
- avoid calling out Denver's name or calling to him so he doesn't get distracted
- first walk over to him and ask his mom before petting, talking, or interacting with him
- don't hesitate to go over and say hi when you want to: they would love to hang with you!

Got my docs today - did I mention my UPS man ROCKS oh an I hear he is good looking too !:rotfl2::rotfl2: he tool them from the post office where i was going to go today to get them and brought them out to my house YAHOO !!!! I know they are not much but why is it so exciting to have to docs ? I dont know but im also doing the DOC DANCE :cool1::cool1:
This weekend we go to LA to visit my friends who I went to Guide dog school with and denver will get to play with Ambers r Guide dog Hamlett ... Rick is on the wait list for a new Guide as he recently retired his last one . They have just had their second baby and we love to go hang out and visit them - ALWAYS a good time and always fun seeing 3 blinks ( thats what us blindeys call ourselves) and 2 sighted babies and 2 guide dogs make our way around LA - we are like a walking circus im sure LOL ...While there Denver will go to the vet at guide dog school to get his health cert fecal bloodwork heartworm test - did i already mention this in an earlier post ??? Im delerious !!! IM SO EXCITED I CANT STAND IT !!!! I couldnt sleep last night is all i kept thinking about it the cruise !

Well, we got our docs yesterday, delivered by FedEx. We leave home in 11 days (and counting) and the kids are mega excited now (even the oldest one who'd previously been a bit of a 'teenager' about the whole thing).

They have decided, also, that DD1 will share a bed with DS while we are at WDW, leaving DD2 with a bed of her own. To say she was happy about the situation would be an understatement. Her exact words were 'And I thought this holiday couldn't get any better' :rotfl:

We got our docs yesterday :banana: but I do have a question, my moms name is no where in the packet, is this because she lives at a different address? will she get her own set of docs? I guess I should call Disney and see whats up! :confused3
Cari, does Denver have to wear the lifevest for the drill too? I didn't think about that before. Well we leave for Disney on the 23rd of Oct. so my banana dance doesn't start until Friday, but that's in only 2 more days!!!!!!:cheer2: I made a little Dis tag for my backpack for while we are at Disney so if any of you see me wandering around, please return me to my mommy!:rotfl: no seriously come say "hi" if you see us. Our park schedule is 25th - HS, 26th - MK, 27th - AK (with MNSSHP in the pm), 28th - EP for some yummy eating (and drinking) around the world!

we are at MNSSHP on the 27th and will certainly say 'Hi' if we spot you. Similarly feel free to come and say hello to us if you see a group of 9 Brits (adults, teens and kids) - our pictures are in our pre-trip report (link in my signature). One of the kids will be dressed as Captain Jack Sparrow and one will be alice - not sure about everyone else yet :confused3

Couple of questions - for FE group A - on the first post cdnliving is listed in cabin 7085 and on the FE list that I downloaded it's listed as cabin 7084 and for wilma-bride on the first post it says you have 2544 and 2546 but on the d-load you only have 2544 listed, do you want everything delivered to 2544?
floridacruiser has only 6085 listed on the first post and has 6085 and 6083 on the d-load do you want us to leave at one room or 2? Also, wilma-bride and floridacruiser can you PM me with the names of the people staying in each of your rooms, I have personalized things that I want to make sure get to the correct cabin.

As far as cdnliving (Karen) is concerned, that is my error - I used the cabin number I had from a PM she sent me but we have established she is actually in 7084 so the map is correct (I will change the first post). We are in 2544 and 2546 but only have one FE which will be hung outside 2544. Not sure about floridacruiser :confused3

Have sent oyu a PM with the names of our party :)
