I am so jealous for those of you who are leaving soon! I hope you have safe travels and a wonderful trip!

runskyhy - your organizational skills are ones that I envy! I am so Type A and over analytical that it is not even funny! The group we traveled with in February were good, but I really didn't have much in common with them - this group sounds like it will be quite different and we are really looking forward to this cruise - even though it will be a short one! Can't wait to see you all onboard, or at the Raddsion, or at port!

So sweet of you Brits! My son is 13 months old, so he has no clue about FEs. (Napping with his butt up in the air as I type this.)

He will be dressed as Buzz Lightyear for Halloween!

I think this looks like the biggest meet-up/FE group in the history of DisBoards (basing this assumption on no facts whatsoever.) Runskyhy, you are doing a fabulous job!

Oh, and the Wonder is definitely dry-docking right now so the ship will feel BRAND NEW! YAY FOR US!

We do have two rooms but only one FE which will be at 6085. DD Lauren (12), DD Akeya (11) and DD Olivia (9) will be in rm 6083 and then
me, DH Dan and DD Cheryl (18) will be in the room with the FE 6085.

17 more days untl Lauren's birthday and then 21 days until our cruise with all of our girls.

Well, my son just got the flu! I guess at least it's now rather than in 2 weeks when we leave, but now I'm waiting for me and my daughter to get it from him. Doesn't it always happen that way? Does anyone know if you have already had the flu does that mean that you should be immune to it now? I don't know which one he has yet but will hopefully know soon, they already gave him Tamiflu so I'm guessing he'll feel better by the end of next week. I hope this isn't comming to any of your households, here's a little pixy dust for healthy vacations!

Thanks for all the pixie dust guys, our doctor said it's the swine flu, so at least I know he won't get it on the cruise. I was really surprised at how fast it came on, my son had a cough and sore throat in the morning but no fever and he felt fine other than that so I sent him to school. When he got home he said he had a headache so I took his temperature but it was normal. 1 hour later he said he felt dizzy so I took his temperature again and it was 102 so I took him to the doctor and when they took his temperature at the office it was up to 103.4. So in under 2 hours he went from no fever and feeling somewhat ok to 103.4 fever and feeling like . I gave him the Tamiflu this morning and he was yacking it up within an hour. Not sure if it's the drug or the sickness that's making him sick, I guess we'll see tonight when it's time for the next dose. But on to happier things......


that's how many sleeps till our road trip starts!!!!
