I see you joined in 2019, but just in case you didnt consult with some other DVC Friends, this is a REALLY bad buy. $118 is not a deal. And you have to delay closing as the broker owned contract borrowed the 26 into Feb25 UY to make rentals and those have to complete and you tie up $CASH$ and dont get points til 2027. There are and will be WAY better contracts than this one. Cancel this ASAP.

Would be interested to know if this is actually broker owned.
 
Remember, we do not allow you to share active listings. We have no way to know who the owner of the contract is and this site does not allow For Sale posts.

The board sponsor estimates between $78-$97pp…. yes for subsidized….
 
For the record, I myself love AKV— we visit Sanaa every trip and if we could take longer WDW vacations I’d probably stay there over VGF and Poly— I would always stay there over BLT unless I was attending an after hours or NYE event at MK… I’m just surprised they are aggressively ROFRing AKV and not touching BLT at all.
Yep, I am increasingly thinking I want to add more AKV & BLT to my bag, to help after 2042, but no rush. Probably add something small at whatever comes in the crescent lake area too.

Don't need the points now, it's the subsidized dues I'm after and the home resort for a later trip, along with the fact I get to hold onto my money for another five months. Worked out perfectly for what I wanted.

Agreed. IMO, they really should make a walking path to AK and extended the Skyliner out there as well.
A walk path would be amazing!! How far of a walk would that be.. like BWV to Hollywood Studios?
