Over the summer it did create a high floor - $169pp was the highest I remember seeing taken back so you are interpreting the graph correctly. A number of people (myself included) bought PVB early (before DVC sales started) to get the existing member benefits and booking window but the price was definitely inflated and demand was high. (I think at one point there were only 11 PVB contracts on the market - am I remembering that correctly?).

I don't think that floor has dropped as much as it will when dues start getting added this winter. If you are not in a time crunch to buy it could be worth a decent chunk of money to wait and watch the market for at least a couple of months.

If it wasn’t an Intl Seller then it would likely get ROFR’d right now. So, I would call that a good deal if you want AKV points.

Think that is fine. I have one submitted at $95 but I'm paying MF for 2024 so that's $9.08 so normalizing for that we are ~1pt apart. This new one is also an international seller after they ROFR'ed my other contract @95 on 10/25. Hoping it's true that they don't ROFR international contracts.

Hah I was so close to getting a second UY for this one. I’m sad, but relieved, it’s gone.

Honestly, even though I put in for it last night, I'm also relieved it didn't work out because it would've been my 3rd UY! I somehow feel better that I made a play for it but didn't get it. We are weird people lol.

Was super tempting. Was actually surprised to see it not stripped til '27 with a delayed closing til end of '25 considering the broker and their recent listing.
