What is your price per point? I couldn’t find yours on the list.

I thought I posted but I guess I didn’t. I went higher than I had on price per point this time and also switched to buyer paying closing for this contract to see if I could get it through. The banked points concern me as I haven’t seen much of those go through but I wanted them $168-$33,600-200-BLT-AUG-0/21, 400/22, 200/23 sent 10/24

Does it seem like the ones that get ROFR'ed take longer to process than when they pass? I'm a seller, so I'm just curious

I don’t think so. It didn’t even take 3 weeks for them to take my SSR in March.

Honestly you are making great time, seller also has to get stuff notorized, etc so it takes a bit more on their end. With Thanksgiving coming up it may be until the next week before you hear anything depending on how inspired they are.

Dvcnews.com posts monthly updates. They have been quiet on most resorts outside of AKV and BCV lately from what I've seen.

Not sure how small you were looking but there have been a few 100 point contacts listed recently in the 140s. I bought a 200 pt for $150pp and a 160pt for $145 last spring. Lots of BCV owners are over valuing their contracts right now. BCV are booked solid through mid June 2023,so effectively they will have have less than 18 1/2 years on them by the time anyone buys one now. 2042 resorts are not going up in value anymore, unfortunately, that is not being conveyed to sellers imo.
