I put in offers on a june use year 100 point and it sold while I was negotiating! So on to the next contract. I'm now interested in a couple 50 point contracts. I agree, many of them are over valued. I'll try again tomorrow.

MattyB13---$165-$25250-150-VGF-Jun-200/21, 150/22, 150/23, 150/24-I'm the Seller- sent 10/4, passed 10/25

Selling our very first contract we bought back in 2016, sad to let it go, but have decided to only go to WDW once a year.
How do you have 200 in 2021?

For what it is worth, I think the 2042 resorts are worth less every day. If your price is fair I would wait for another contract. A recession is around the corner, and the remaining dates you can use these for dwindle constantly. Especially for those who already drained their 2022 and maybe even some of 2023 points.

So 1 of the big WB had 0 OKW or SSR taken in Oct2022...let's see if that trend continues...

eMoneyBug---$103-$17270-160-SSR-Mar-0/21, 160/22, 320/23, 160/24-Clo$565|ServFee$225- sent 11/18

eMoneyBug---$90-$17742-190-OKW-Jun-0/21, 380/22, 190/23, 190/24-Closing$642- sent 11/21

Agreed. I'm not sure what a fair price is. In my opinion most are listed $20 to $30 more than they should be.

Really? I haven't been on the boards a lot lately, I must have missed how he went from being well liked to disliked.

Off to search for threads on this, lol.
Several threads on this topic in other forums. BLUF: some say he is disliked because he followed along with many of Chapek's changes, so he's just as guilty.

This is an interesting perspective. So Josh should have been the “bigger person” and go against the CEO for the fan base? I know many would love Disney to operate like a sports team (including me) but that’s not how it works.

All I’m saying is #istandwithjosh

:)

And the parks are more profitable than ever.
agree! I understand that Chapek most likely got fired because of the losses from Disney+ and share prices but he was most hated for all the changes and price increases in the parks. So why does D’Amaro not get any of the blame? Because he might have been hamstrung by his boss? I don‘t buy it.

Because he accomplished and exceeded the objectives asked of him by the board and CEO.

He is not solely measured on net promoter score or guest satisfaction. If he was, or if that was his sole objective I’d agree with you.

That’s fair. I suppose he does walk on water, no matter what he does with the parks To the fan base. Bring on more Genie+ and price increases please!

In the end, if his division is meeting or exceeding expectations than the other divisions are not going to impact him.

Same with DVC…they are not going to hold the executives who oversee this division responsible for what goes on company wide,

Now, you may see some shifting of these people because Iger may feel they have ability to turn those divisions around…but for parks, profits are going well and Josh has a positive presence for many.
