We did it! We slayed the monster! It was a well fought battle but in the end the spirit of staying in 1 bedrooms prevailed as I will be able to add this to my existing points. it's painful , was hoping to have the points loaded soon already.

however, glad it's moving now , I'm told it could take 4 weeks to actually receive the ROFR waiver certificate so you can move to closing. what are others seeing?

Passed rofr 9/5, and have closed, recorded. Still waiting for emails to set up account. There is a closing time thread.

Estoppel is usually issued at the same time as passing ROFR and it's been that way for almost a year now. I'd check with the title company to make sure they have it. What title company are you using?

Like others have said estoppel has been issue same time but I was also told the same timeline. Depending on your escrow company, but I got my closing doc about a week after learning Disney waived my contract. Congrats!

They haven’t bought back BCV since like April I think so you should be fine.
