No, still waiting from the 19th, when I saw other people’s going through in 2-3 weeks I was so hopeful this one would be faster. I feel like it’s not a good sign

I am also afraid it is a bad sign. Ours was sent on the 20th. Hopefully we both pass.

Hopefully you hear soon! For my contract that didn’t pass I heard in 11 days, for the one that did it was 26…so I don’t think it’s a bad sign at all!

Seeing these numbers I’m getting some buyers remorse that I should have waited. It was a small contract but still. Maybe Disney will do me a solid with ROFR and we can make a better stab at it.

Yep, this is how I ended up pouncing on a BCV deal last week. (Will post string once it gets sent for ROFR.) I managed to last about 3 months between fully closing on the last contract and swooping in on this one. But there were many, many other contracts I restrained myself from going after in those months, and even beforehand while waiting for ROFR on the first contract

BCV wasn't really in my plans (CCV, AKV, more VGF!, and VDH are though), but there are a whole host of reasons why it made sense to go after this contract. If it gets taken it's no loss for me, but will be nice if it goes through.

Yes. I love the thrill of the hunt for super loaded low cost contracts. I've had 2 amazing contracts taken in ROFR and 2 pretty good ones that I canceled within 10 days when my greater common sense told me that I didn't actually need the points and the price was good but not amazing.

Sure! $137.5 pp (wish I'd gone for $135)

ETA: I should note it is a 100-point contract. So we'll see if they are really not taking back BCV at the moment with this one
