Was looking for 100-125 October UY, so grabbed this as soon as it came up (thanks a lot DVC Store text alerts...)

Renting the banked points gets us down to 140ish, which I'm happy with.

Yes, they do now. I had a contract taken last month. I’m now waiting on another one...should hear anytime now if they’re going to take it too.

So...I bought VGC for $165pp a few months ago, and it sailed through ROFR. There were a couple of others who bought it for less than I did in the $150’s at the same time. What in the world is going on? I always wondered what was the deal because at $165pp I got it for $95pp less than direct as I bought it in February 2019 after the price increase. I wonder what’s going on. Are they going to increase VGC again?!? It’s already $260pp. What’s the ceiling on how much people willing to pay for direct there? Apparently, it isn’t $260pp since they’re exercising ROFR on it.

Wow, that’s quite the delay on the waitlist! I wonder how long it takes Disney to turn points around once they exercise ROFR. Maybe you will get a call soon...stranger things have happened, like Disney exercising ROFR on VGC (lol).
