Please delete my original ROFR post from 9/27. As fidelity made a mistake and never submitted it until 10/26! They are waiving their admin fee to make up for their unprofessional attitude and error.

That's terrible! Did you follow up by phone and that's when they made the discovery?

I called them on Thursday 10/26 to see if they heard anything because it was now 30 days. However, they put me on hold to discuss anongst themselves. Then they told me that Disney only makes decisions on Fridays and they would call me tomorrow. I knew this wasn't true but I said ok. Then Friday came around and no emails and no phone calls from fidelity. So I called them around 4pm and left a message. The broker finally called me back after 9pm that night to tell me the seller had two contracts for sale that were exactly the same and one was sent to ROFR but they forgot to send mine. It's amazing how they forgot to send mine but knew to charge my credit card the deposit. Anyway, they said they sent it but didn't say when and they asked Disney to make an expedited decison. So they thought they would get away with not sending the contract on 9/27 and expected Disney to make the decision on 10/27 so we would never have known. However, Disney didn't make the decision that Friday so they had to tell us. But they wouldn't tell us when they actually sent it. I had to write 2 emails to get them to finally admit when they sent the contract. They lied to me and were very shady. We are repeat customers but will not be using them again. I hope that everyone takes caution before using them as their broker.

Sorry to hear that. We've had good luck with them so that's disappointing to hear. Oddly, I've heard the story of two of the same contracts filed simultaneously with only one going to rofr before. I hope you get a quick answer.

Sorry to hear that. We used them before and had some frustrating experiences. For our last few contracts we went through other brokers. Hope your contract makes it through ROFR quickly.

Sorry. At least they made you wait extra long for that to happen.

I'd probably switch to one of the other DVC brokers that JUST does DVC. It seems like it's something Fidelity begrudgingly does on the side vs. being their main business interest.

Agreed. I've lost two BLT contracts in the past month. :-(

They have a long wait list for Dec and Oct UY contracts, per my sales contact yesterday.
