Full points for 2016, but seller agreed to split MF for 2016 represents a savings of $582.
Only other interesting detail is that we can't close until February. This contract had full points for 2016 and was at a good rate (I think) and a location that's been having a harder time making it through (SSR). I was very worried about passing ROFR. I wonder if the delayed closing had anything with helping me pass ROFR.

Hey you two! Thanks for setting up the tool for formatting ScubaCat and both of you for enforcing. This thread and the last were setup easy enough for me to convert to tabs in Excel for my data mining analysis. Previous threads though...not so easy.

I wanted more BLT points but Disney taking contracts at higher price than I'm willing to spend. Saw this contract (and knew DVC would not take it) and thought it was good enough deal to pull the trigger. Figured we could stay at PVB on occasion when only need a studio.

You should be able to sneak in a January trip with those 50 points if you're flexible. If not at BLT, there will almost certainly be something available at SSR with your name on it Good luck!
