Good luck! I have been hanging around this board for a few months, so far I haven't seen any AKV being ROFR.

DisneyDenis---$128-$6845-50-BLT-Feb-0/15, 50/16, 100/17, 50/18- sent 9/21, passed 9/30

I'm a bit late posting this..Estopple done...waiting on seller for closing...

Hoping not to loose those 2016 points....

How long did estoppel take? Just trying to gauge how busy they are right now ;-)

We passed! Disney waived their ROFR this morning!

I probably did this wrong. First time buyers. Seller paid 16 dues and is paying closing - however we built cost of closing into the point price to up it to make the contract look better for us. Is two days a new record? I probably overpaid, didn't I? lol

I think you got a great deal, certainly less than what I paid last month for a similar contract.

I looked at so many, I honestly wasn't sure if I had made the right choice.

This is much quicker than our last contract. Let's hope this trend continues.

Not really unexpected, they seem to be all over BLT lately.

That stinks-but agree not many BLT seem to be passing under $115 or so right now

Disappointing.... but agree with CMNJ that anything under 115 for BLT is prime for the picking. We paid 118 last year for a 100 to help avoid being taken and I fear what it will be buy just the 50 more we want.

So what's going on at BLT, it opened in 2008? Did it sell out making the points more valuable? I'm a newbie here.

BLT is on the monorail and offers a 1BD that poly doesn't have and I believe might be cheaper than GF when buying direct. We bought direct in 2012 for I think was around 125 and now four years later you pay 180 direct through DVC.

It has been sold out for a while and DVC now charges $180 pp to buy direct. They can only sell direct points if they reaquire them through foreclosure or ROFR. Buying back at $115 pp or less seems to be profitable enough to them as they have taken quite a few contracts in the past 3-4 months at that price.

Just to add to the PP points-They also have 2BR villas (I don't really think most people consider the bungalows 2 BR villas due to the outrageous cost to stay there) and the point chart for 1 and 2 BR is much more reasonable than VGF. So if one is looking for a monorail resort and not mainly planning on studios BLT is a much more cost effective option

Yeah we had one taken this summer at $110 pp so we wound up paying $115 pp on the next try (which was successful)
