Oh, the broker was great! He just forwarded on a refusal from the seller that sounded just like this. All my fidelity dealings have been super pleasant thus far as far as offers go.

Congrats BrianLo! Just curious, did you ever find out why the ROFR process took so long? Finally passed today (7/12)!

Trying for another contract after the debacle with the Poly contract a couple months ago. Hope it works out this time!

I always hate looking at the trips on my dashboard that I have rented outGreat deal. You outdid me. Just went on SSR 160 pt contract at $95 with 276 pts in 24.
Love those banked points. I convince myself I’ll rent them to make up cost of contract but then I want to use them
My dealing with Fidelity have been way more honest/enjoyable than other sites like this sponsor.I actually wonder if that is the Fidelity standard refusal as it sounds almost word for word what I got back from them…my favorite being the “We decline.” at the end. Ok.![]()
@Jack Kerouac did you not have to pay closing or no 2024 MFs? $14400 + $942 (dues) = $15342 or did you just pay $911 in closing ? Just wondering because I kinda wish I had asked for seller to pay closing also.PASSED

This is why Im the annoying one who emails 24 hours later to ask if it's been sent.adam.r.thomas---$125-$23534-170-BLT-Feb-0/23, 170/24, 170/25- sent 5/28- passed 7/10
And no, I don't know why it took so long. My strong suspicion is that the broker didn't send it until I asked for a status update three weeks in, but that's just a hunch.
Lesson definitely learned, though I want to convince DH to go direct next round, as both Poly tower and the new lounge at MK are singing my tune. (I know, I know, two MK area resorts isn't the best move...)This is why Im the annoying one who emails 24 hours later to ask if it's been sent.
I am having the very same irrational BLT desire. Bid on a couple lately but never got to the magic number with a motivated seller. I am convinced the refurb will make me love the rooms and the property. Just a monorail junkie I guess. Good luck with the BLT point search.I have an irrational desire to own BLT points...not sure why. I love the other monorail resorts and the Crescent Lake ones so much and I absolutely detest the Contemporary's interior. I've never stepped foot in BLT proper. I've seen the room walkthroughs and they're nothing special but again...I really want to own at BLT! I don't understand it but I need a contract there! I just have this feeling they're going to blow that refurb out of the water. And as much as I hate the Contemporary with it's 70's concrete bomb shelter chic vibe, I'm strangely drawn to it. Also SH71 has become our new favorite restaurant. Yeah I'm gonna need a smallish contract for sure...now to wait for the perfect one.
