Just had an offer accepted, and I look forward to posting the details once the contract is signed and submitted! I do have a formatting question though. I'm simultaneously purchasing 2 identical 100 pt oct contracts from the same seller with 1 set of closing costs. Each contract has 100 banked points from '16 which I intend to rent out, essentially lowering my 'cost' by $14/point.
1. Do I post these as separate contracts and list 50% closing costs on each? Or, do I list the total deal combined? (same home resort of course)
2. How do I convey the rental income 'savings' so I don't look like 'That guy' (Laugh-Floor
) who paid an amount that makes you go

I still can't believe I'm doing this! Not regretting, just surprised. I've gone from my first-ever trip to Disney in December 2015 to buying into DVC less than 2 full years later. I blame DISboards for being too darn helpful.
