Sorry - BLTSorry to hear. Which resort was this for?
No worries. Im waiting on my ROFR for BCV - close to the same price and was trying to see which way the wind is blowing. At the 3 week mark today from when it was sent. Fingers crossed!Sorry - BLT
Interesting about the ebay listings. Never thought of it. Checking, I just saw an OKW contact on there, 210 points, asking 16350, just under 78 per point. The listing states - BUY this deeded Timeshare NOW at a fraction of the original price....
I do believe 78 per point is well above the original OKW price!![]()
Those would NEVER pass ROFR if they were legit.I don't know about some of those super cheap Ebay deals. I have two on my watch list that have since ended. One was BWV -175 points- for $7951. The other was AKL-160 points- for $6000. Both from the same seller "bcsrentals". It seemed very fishy to me and I keep waiting to see reviews pop up.

I would be very leery of bidding on any of those. Simple things like who is taking care of the paperwork, filing, keeping the money in escrow, etc. That is, if in fact, these are even legit. Beware of bcsrentals on eBay. DO NOT BUY anything from them!
Check the thread on TUG on Redweek4less / IA Vacations / VP Title.
I have watched this company's listings from time to time and have always been leery of them. Many times they have wrong information like MFs start in August! when we know they are due in January every year. Sometimes they mix up the resorts as well. Too much money to risk.I would be very leery of bidding on any of those. AddedI think you are missing your closing costs in your total? Good luck with ROFR!
Great! Thanks!Added
Agree and I've read that people have been scammed by them, so don't know what is true or not, but I won't be trying to purchase from them.I have watched this company's listings from time to time and have always been leery of them. Agreed. I should mention I wasn't tempted to buy it. I just added it to my watch for entertainments sake ☺.I have watched this company's listings from time to time and have always been leery of them.
