I think I've gone through the Kübler-Ross signs of grief while waiting for this contract to survive ROFR

For those that were recently passed, did you find out via phone call /email? I see DVC Resale Market (who we used) posts the passing contacts on their Facebook with a congratulations message . I just wondered if those families were contacted first? I am ashamed to admit I read them again hoping to see my own last name I missed. Like I'm going to suddenly forget what my name looks like and go past it the first time?!

We used DVC Magic Resales and got an email from them that it passed.

We passed! Got in touch with the agency yesterday, they emailed Disney, heard back very quickly. I'm not quite sure who dropped the ball, but we're back on track now. Supposedly closing early next month; I'll have my fingers crossed.

New to being a member but I have been perusing and following this for so long as I made the decision and waited to commit... We just sent in deposit and its being sent over to Disney for ROFR... Now to cross my fingers until I hear back.....

They took every bit of our 30 days, for crying out loud. I'm not convinced they didn't actually waive sooner and this broker just wanted to wait out the 30, quite frankly. Oh well, looks like I still have about a month or more until we close, but at least the important hurdle is done!

At least you had good news waiting at the finish line- congrats !

I have been incessantly checking my email hoping that there will be something there, I know that I was told expect ROFR by 3/06, but I can't help myself, I need something to take my mind off this.

PASSED! I am a super impatient person so this has basically been one of the longest months of my life! I'm hoping we can still book BLT before the 7 month window opens for our January trip!
