I think that worked to our benefit in a recent deal. We weren’t asking for MF to be paid by seller and broker tone when confirming made me think maybe the owner had gotten a bunch of those requests.

I had a very strange one recently, where I offered to pay 1/2 MFs, and the broker called me to say the offer was accepted, but the Seller would pay MFs… well, yes, thank you very much!

I did buy another 1000 points direct at OKW, so my total is 2400 now. I’m on the fence about buying a fixed week at CFW (maybe 150 points), and I am actively making offers on BCV resale contracts to get 350 points for that resort… not going well because I don’t know what I’m doing.

Sounds like you need to hire @Jimmy Geppetto . But dang I didn’t know you bought another 1000. I guess we know now why DVC ran out of OKW points . Did you get it before they locked out incentives past 250 points?

I literally paid the 1000 point escrow deposit the day before the incentives were curtailed, so I got them at $95 a point.
