ROFR...Did you know this?

I just got off the phone with Jason at the Timeshare Store. He had expected to hear about ROFR on our offer yesterday. I called today to follow-up and he said he hadn't heard, but I should try back next Thursday (he is on vacation next week). He said they always here from Disney on Thursdays.

I've heard that Disney meets each Tuesday to review contracts. There were a bunch of people who passed (or not) ROFR this week and said that they got the phone call yesterday so what Jason said sounds accurate. However, we've received the good news on a Saturday for one contract and on a Monday for another -- so who really knows!! Good luck -- hope you get the good word next Thursday (or sooner)...

When our resale passed ROFR, Jason called us on Wednesday I knew Disney meet once a week but I didn't know it was Tuesday. I guess in our case, Disney was very expedient

We heard on a Thursday through the TTS, too! Just last week, early morning. Good luck!!

We had two contracts sent to Disney the same day - heard about the first on a Thursday and the second the next day - waiting to close.
